So useful to have a local shop with well informed staff. Not sure I want to be asked to donate to your chosen charity, why not have a info up on a board at the till and make it more voluntary

I was met by Chris at the front of the store. He asked how he could help me and after I’d explained the reason for my visit he asked appropriate questions to understand what it was I needed. He then explained the difference between 3 or 4 options and I made my choice from there.

Lovely shopping experience
Assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave good advice and I bought a pair of walking boots at a very good price. Would shop there again as you cannot fault the prices and friendly team.

The shop assistant went and checked their warehouse for the size required, as they recently took a delivery, came out with them. Fitted a treat especially as I've awkward sized feet. Recommend Millets and their staff 5*
