Went in as I had ordered a coat online that was too large. The coat I wanted was not in stock but I was assisted by getting a refund for the coat and then ordering a new one to be delivered to me at the same price. Aria at the counter was extremely helpful.

I was greeted pleasantly as I entered and allow to browse for a couple of minutes. Then was approached by a lovely young man whom enquired if I required any assistance, he was very helpful and had lots of advice an knowledge about the shoes I wanted to buy for my husband. More great customer service from Millets. Aria was so patient as I struggled to figure out the right size boot, with the perfect ratio of offering help and leaving me to my own thoughts. Then he explained boot care to me, answering all my questions and general confusion. (I was not having a great brain day! 😆) As a result I feel happy with my purchase and confident in its use. Honestly, I wouldn’t shop for outdoor gear anywhere else.
