Great advice on boot fitting.
Sam was so helpful when it came to fitting walking boots. We weren’t sure about sizing or what would best suit the activity they were needed for, but we left with a pair of well fitting boots, along with great tips for the best way to lace them!

We recently shopped in the Tunbridge Wells Millets. We were helped by Aria with some clothing and boots needed for a hike and school field trip. Aria was very helpful and polite, it’s always refreshing to be served by someone who is passionate about their job based on their own experiences, in this case a love of all things outdoors. I spent ages in the store
I spent ages in the store, trying on multiple pairs of walking trousers. To be honest, I was a bit embarrassed about how many trousers I tried on, especially as I knew the staff would have to fold or hang them neatly on the hangers. Aria was extremely patient, polite & friendly. I thought I had the right pair, but when I got home, my partner thought that they were a bit short in the leg. So I returned to the store this morning and exchanged the two pairs of trousers I bought for a longer leg. Again, I was slightly embarrassed, but the staff were help and excellent.

Staff good but watch out for alarms being left in items
Staff good, items lovely. Been a customer for years.
Got home with new coat and put my hand in breast pocket and there was half the alarm in there which pricked my finger and caught me off guard as it hurt!
Bit careless to be honest , a simple pat down would have resolved this.

Helpful, cheerful service
Milletts is a UPS centre and I had to take parcels for dispatch. I really valued the cheerful, helpful service of Noah and his colleagues who sorted out some problems and helped me with the documentation. I would certainly be happy to go to this branch again.
