Choosing hiking boots

Jonah was very helpful from the moment…
Jonah was very helpful from the moment I walked in. He was working alone, as far as I could tell. As I entered, he was tidying stock on the rails and in a very non-intrusive way asked whether he could help me. His tone was spot-on. He escorted me to the relevant part of the shop, showed me the options and left me to make my own mind up. When I went to pay, he enquired whether I had National Trust membership or a Blue Card, to qualify for a discount: I hadn't even thought about Blue Light, so was very grateful for his proactive approach. All in all, a very positive experience.

Fun experience for the boys
Went to buy some gear for taking my sons on their first camping trip. Sam and Chloe were very helpful in making suggestions and explaining products, plus they offered to box up my stuff and bring it out to the car if I could park directly outside, which I did. The whole experience was very pleasant. I had the boys with me and they enjoyed it no end. And I felt like there were great prices available, though I haven’t tested the gear out in the wild yet.
