We visited Millets in Tunbridge Wells on a busy Saturday afternoon to prepare for our daughter's camping trip. Chloe provided us with exceptional service, offering expert advice and guiding us to the most suitable products. She thoroughly demonstrated each item, explaining all the benefits and potential drawbacks. It was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated her help. We’ll definitely return — and we hope Chloe gets the recognition she deserves.

I struggle to find walking boots that are comfortable and Sam was really helpful with lots of good advice whilst giving me space and time to make a decision. There was also a good selection to chose from.

Shop assistant Chloe is very helpful and gave us recommendation of hiking shoes and items required for the DoE expedition, told us there is a discount for DoE. The whole shopping experience is great.

Bought a pair of Merrell walking shoes today helped by Jonah and Chloe who both gave good advice and information about the product - all very efficient and a good experience.

Christina was incredibly helpful sorting out boots and a rucksack for my son's DofE expedition. She shared her own experiences from her walking and made sure everything was suitable and fitted properly.

Really friendly, expert and fast service from Jonah who talked us through his recommendations for a range of DofE essentials, including sleeping mats, walking boots and rations. He made the whole experience so interesting and fun that even my teenage son said how much he enjoyed the shopping!

Jonah was especially helpful and extremely patient as we worked through various options of the various items I needed. I spent two hours in the shop eventually but left with good advice and quality items at a good price.

Great staff team: really knowledgeable and helpful. This store has a great range of gear. Well known brands but also some really good alternatives that are significantly cheaper than some of the more famous makes.

Aria - what a great representative for Millets. Efficient, chatty and charming and the other person working with him could learn a few things about customer service and how to behave in front of customers.

Visited this shop previously and received great service. Visited today specifically for advice & guidance on walking boots and some other items required. Was served by Aria who was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable and put my daughter at ease through the somewhat tricky selection process that they felt. Great advice and service from him (with no hard sell). As we are not local would definitely drive back for a third time based on today's visit

I have been here multiple times and this time was to get a pair of boots for my gold Duke of Edinburgh. Every time I have been into this shop service has been impeccable! Today I was helped out by the manager, Aria, with his help I managed to be advised for boots and bought a lovely pair. Aria was an insiteful and knowlaged manager and had great customer service, he is genuinely amazing and would recommend this branch any day for people looking for hiking or camping gear.
