The bloke that served me today was amazing and a true asset to your company .. if I could give more stars I would have please pass on the my gratitude..furthermore I just went back to work and mentioned the amazing deals on offer to wich my colleague has just gone and made his own purchases :)

Great service really know the equipment and great advice not just sell the most expensive

I wanted a good pair of waterproof walking trainers. Damon, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he let me try on several pairs and was able to tell me the difference between them, but he also allowed me to make up my own mind, he wasn’t pushy at all. An incredibly nice person, who really made my shopping experience at Millets worthwhile, I will definitely come back to Millets, Worthing. Thank you Damon.

I’d like to say how wonderful Mason at millets Worthing was .I had ordered something for my husband for Xmas online and Evri lost it and couldn’t find it usual rubbish Millets refunded but that wasn’t helpful Mason arranged to send it (original colour now out of stock!) and it arrived next day !!Can’t believe it .Well done a pity online millets or evri weren’t as helpful.But a big call out to Worthing shop .

I'm always happy to shop in Millets the staff today were friendly and very helpful with a good product knowledge which I always find consistent whenever I shop at Millets in Worthing.

A massive thank you to Kay & Ellie for assisting me once more. Kay took the time to explain the benefits of the Camelbal Eddy+ bottle, including the fact that spare parts and cleaning accessories are all available for longevity of the product.

Separately Ellie listened to my struggles with some out of date Nikwax without judgement and kindly pointed out an incredible half price offer that meant I could stock up on exactly what I needed.

Ana was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me fit new insoles in my walking boots. Spent time explaining the different thicknesses and arch support. My walking boots have not been left on the pile but are usable again. Lorraine

Had a great experience in Worthing Millets recently - Kay helped us to find exactly what we needed showed us lots of options, they were really helpful.

I'm on holiday from the Channel Islands and saw an item for sale in the Worthing store. They didn't have my size and tried to order it to be delivered to my home but the system wouldn't recognise my address. So they called my home store and asked them to check their stock. My phone store is now holding one in my size for me to collect upon my return to Guernsey. Customer Service at it's best.

Good range of walking boots with good Black Friday deals. Staff very helpful.
Only downside was lack of space for trying boots on.

Great service in store this week. The shoe I wanted wasn’t in stock so Amelie found it online and ordered it for me with home delivery. She also found a similar shoe in stock so l could check the sizing. Thanks.
