Excellent service once again from the team coat purchased

This store has a great selection of well priced, quality outdoor clothing and goods. You get that " this is the right place" feeling when you walk in. The staff know the products, and offer friendly helpful advice when needed. Not in stock..no problem, the systems are checked, ordered in store and in my case delivered next day. Excellent service.

Extremely friendly staff. Always helpful. A great range for all sorts of activities. I seem to be lucky with bargains too.
Only other comment is I'd like to see rechargable batteries. There was a green pack but didn't appear to be rechargable, although there were some rechargable for solar power which is brilliant.

Very friendly and helpful on the phone and in store. Particularly Mason, service with a smile.

Wanted a specific T-shirt and the store didn’t have the size that I wanted, the sales assistant ordered one for me and was over and above helpful on Saturday 25th Jan 2025. Although very busy she was brilliant.

I had bought a coat for my wife online. It turned out to be too small. I phoned the Worthing branch and spoke to Mason who was most helpful. Following Mason's advice I went to Worthing and Millets. Mason sorted out a refund and ordered a larger size for my wife, all done in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner, the other staff member was also friendly and welcoming. Popped in twice over the weekend to buy items for our holiday - specifically a pair of walking boots each! The staff were very lovely and patient. The gentleman on Footwear was very happy to wait while I tried on shoes in varying sizes until I was satisfied. It was brilliant to see Damon in there leading the team - lovely to check in with him on what we were buying for and where we were going. Left as happy customers with our boots and an additional bundle of items we couldn't help but pick up! Thanks Millets Worthing!

Excellent service throughout the purchase

I went in the find some walking boots as I was the only one in my family without a pair. I didn’t know very much beforehand but Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well so I was able to understand everything. He went into great detail about what the pros and cons were of each shoe and tailored his recommendations to my needs.

I walked into the shop and found what I was looking for immediately. Tried it on and it was perfect.
Both of the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Lily. Thank you :-)

We were served by Ellie who was really helpful and knowledgeable in providing advice about the walking boots. She was also very friendly and we had a nice discussion about holiday destinations
