I wish I could give no stars to be honest. Please do not buy from here!

I ordered a size 10 for my Daughters prom, the dress arrived and is too small. I have contacted Milly bridal asking for return details and for a refund. To be told they will not issue a refund as this dress was made to measure ( absolute crap). I selected a size 10 which is my daughters size did not give her measurements so no way was made to order. The dress and delivery has cost £130, so I no have to buy another dress for her upcoming prom. Terrible customer service basically do not buy from here as you will not get a refund if the item does not fit or is just not for you.They could easily re sale the dress as tried on once but I feel they are basically having my pants down. I know have a very upset 15 year old.

Ordered a size 8 prom dress, cost £147. When it arrived my 15 Yr old said it was "awful".
It wasn't made to measure just purchased as a size 8. They won't provide return details or a refund. Be prepared to waste your money

We found this site on a whelm. Beautiful dresses for all sizes. My daughter decided last minute to go to prom. We had exactly 30 days and they made that happen with 2/3 days to spare. I will be using them again this year

Abolutely shocking customer service, paid £150 for a dress to be refunded £43 and told they need to make money back from it when I’m not happy with the dress and it’s not the same as the picture, I ordered a size 12 and it’s more like 8/10, I am so disappointed

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a dress from here for my formal and paid £150 and it came I did not look anything like the picture and did not fit. I emailed them back and forth for a couple of weeks and they refused to give me a refund for it. Appalling customer service and poorly made dresses, it also reeked of fish.

My dress was really pretty and it was true to size!

The dress was great! It came in on time, it fit well and it was stunning. I loved it and was happy to wear it to prom.

SCAM .....bought 2 dresses for prom and they arrived late,, wrong colour and quality similar to a halloween dress you buy a 3 year old. not suitable for 16 year old.
would give negative stars if i could, not worth 1 star.
worse part they wont allow return or refund because they claim its made to measure as stated in their terms of sale. DON BUY waste of £200...

Great customer service and beautiful dress!! My dress came a few days before expected which gave me time to tailor my dress if maybe it was too long but it was absolutely perfect.

My daughter found a dress she loved for an event on this site. I was worried about the dress getting here in time from overseas, given it had to be made to order to her measurements, and given the shutdowns and supply chain issues. I was so worried that I bought a back up dress. The lovely people at this company communicated with me via email, and the dress was here earlier than expected in plenty of time for the event. The fabric is gorgeous and is excellent quality, and the dress fit my daughter absolutely perfectly. She was thrilled that the dress had pockets for the few items she needed to keep with her - how perfect! Neither of us could have been happier, especially my daughter who received many compliments.

Bought a dress for by daughter’s prom doesn’t look like the picture! Absolutely awful when arrived and doesn’t fit! They say this is a uk company and it is not! You can’t get in touch with them for a return label to return. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I have never experienced anything like this before with a company. Please be aware

Avoid Avoid Avoid. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. I paid extra for a custom fit dress for my daughter and it fits terribly. I am now paying a seamstress to make the alterations to it. They couldn’t even get the length right.
My advice if you use this company don’t pay for a custom fit and put the money towards a seamstress to alter it 👎

I thought I would risk ordering a prom dress for my daughter from this Chinese/Hong Kong-based company (they are not in the UK) but then saw even more terrible reviews about dresses coming in the wrong colour/size and customers not being able to get a refund and also that they offer to pay for a good review. So, I decided to cancel within the 24 hour timeframe as per their T&Cs on the website. Simple right? Unfortunately not . . . the email bounces back, the chat produces an email confirmation but no reply and the link to cancel an order goes to an 'error' page. I have had to spend ages raising a Dispute within PayPal and will now have to wait and then remember to escalate further after so many days. All this hassle and I am just trying to cancel an order before it is made - imagine if they have shipped something and then you are trying to get your money back? Do yourself a favour and try a company actually based in the UK with Customer Service that exists.

I took the time to look a little closer at their positive reviews, it is suspicious how many of them are from people who have only submitted a single review on Trustpilot and also the style of the writing is a bit of a giveaway . . . hmmm??

Please don't risk them my dress was terrible stitching was awful and didn't do measurements and if you think your covered by paypal your not they don't cover these items

Excellent service. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. The dress is gorgeous and fits like a glove.

Beware don't buy dresses are terrible stained and falling apart I opened a PayPal case and they sided with this seller even thou the seller actual sent a pik of the dress before they sent it and could see the stain probably because they make more money from these sellers than small buyers like me wish I'd payed by card least bank would have recouped it stay away they don't care for the buyers real cheap dresses

Bought a dress from here for the ball. The process was super easy, got to choose the colour of my dress and the dress was made to fit my exact measurements. The woman making the dress was really lovely and even emailed to check my measurements were correct and then again to check my dress arrived okay. Which it had, earlier than expected! Fit perfectly and I got so many wonderful comments on my dress. Really happy with this service and would defo otely order another dress from here again! Thanks so much ☺️

The dress came in earlier than I've expected, although the sleeves of my dress was fitting a little awkward, but that would be a easy fix. The service was very helpful and great, the staff are very detail orientated and was very patient. The dress itself was true to size (I customer my sizing) and I have no problems with it. Overall, it was a great experience with my purchase.

After I ordered the dress I realized the size I ordered would be too big. I emailed them about my mistake and they asked for a few measurements, made the changes and still got the dress to me ahead of schedule. The dress was beautiful. I felt beautiful in it. I received so many compliments and was asked were I was able to find such a great dress. It is exceptional quality for a reasonable price. Dress of my dreams.
