I ordered a bridesmaids dress to see how it would turn up, which turned up promptly with no fuss or trouble.

Due to this- I liked the dress and I ordered another 5 dresses for the rest of my bridesmaids.

This is when my nightmare began.

They shipped my parcel(s) in two separate packages and provided shipping, using MyHermes. For around 3 weeks there was no update so I reached out- they did reply very quickly to tell me to simply wait. A few more days passed with no update so I recontated to be told again, to wait. This was repeated for the next week or so.

Still no update but suddenly one of the two packages arrived, so I was chuffed we were getting somewhere.

I now have 3/5 dresses but still need another two.

I message to tell them again- I’m told to wait for the rest.

I contacted Hermes who confirmed they never received the other package and it is not locateable.

I told UkMillyBridal this who simply told me to wait…for what?

The wedding was fast approaching and I still didn’t have the dresses I needed- to confirm I PAID FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE.

I told the company I wished to return the 3x dresses and have a full refund for all 5 ordered- as only part of the order was not useful to me.

They simply told me:

“We are sorry to hear about that, but please understand we did make and send these dresses out.”

This raises a question- what on Earth is the shipping insurance for?

They point blank we’re refusing to cooperate or even offer any other solution so I opened a PayPal dispute, which they VERY QUICKLY began bombarding me with messaged TELLING me to cancel the PayPal case and telling me they will make two new dresses and send them out but confirmed themselves- they may arrive, after my wedding…

I ceased all conversation direct and asked them to speak through PayPal to resolve and thank goodness I did.

They send the tracking for only the delivered items to PayPal- to make it look like I was not being truthful- thankfully I send PayPal the tracking for the other parcel which they understood and took into consideration.

After one month (wedding has passed) after hours of communication with paypal, they 100% agreed the case was in my favour and ordered that they issue me a full refund.

The only downside with this was I still had to return the old dresses which meant another £60 in shipping.

My only advice would be to avoid this company at all costs.

My thought was there is some bad and some good reviews maybe I’ll be lucky- the company DO NOT CARE about the customer- they will take your money and run and only get a refund if you literally jump through hoops.

So much so PayPal asked that I report the company to ActionFraud and log a formal report, which I have done.

Weddings can be so stressful to plan- this was a complete unnecessary added stress and expense I could have done without.

Other brides, do yourself a favour and carry on looking- those dream dresses WILL turn up, from a much more reliable company.

I ordered my wedding dress from Here, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how my dress turned out. It looks just like the photo, and is actually made very well. It doesn’t feel cheap, but the fabric feels very solid. I ordered it mid-august in a custom size, and it showed up at the beginning of September. Pretty good timing. The sizing was pretty great minus being just a little big on top/waist even after giving my measurements. However, I was able to easily adjust it myself to fit better. I would definitely recommend for formal/prom and even wedding.

Very impressed with my daughters dress! They messaged to check the measurements and It arrived in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend !

The color was a bit different from what i expected but the dress came earlier than expected and it fit nicely!

Could not be happier with the dress we ordered. The color is exactly as is shown on the site. The dress is even prettier in person. The material and tailoring are wonderful. Great communication with site. Looking forward to ordering through them for future events.

I bought two dresses for prom. They are very good quality considering the prices. I paid $380 for both with express shipping. Each dress feels and looks worth $400-500 each !! Very pleased with my order

If zero stars was an option, then that’s what I’d leave. We purchased a dress and paid $30 additional for 2 day shipping so we could have at least a week in advance to have the dress in time for the prom. Unfortunately, we had to reach out to customer support a week later to ask where our dress was, because the info still said “pending” in the tracking information. After seeing this and reaching out to the so-called customer support line that is based on Honk Kong and United Kingdom hours (so beware U.S. citizens for scams), we get an email saying after asking to not ship the order, because they didn’t honor the cancellation request that we paid for, they still went forward with trying to ship the dress and saying “just try it”. At this point they are not offering a return or a refund due to this terrible mistake. Even after telling them we paid an additional $30 to have express shipping, they still sent the dress in normal shipping and will take a week to get here. This is ridiculous.This company is a scam. If you’re in Europe it may work. But anyone in the United Stated needs to be aware.

The dresses were beautiful!!! I loved the fabric, how it feels, the color, everything!!!
The quality of the dress is high end. It came sooner than expected so that was great for the fact that I ordered 7 dresses and they were all made to order! I would most def order again’

Beautiful prom dress! The dress fit perfectly, and the quality is really nice. My daughter is thrilled! This dress was made in China, so if you need any alterations, you would likely need to find someone local to do them or do them yourself.

Same type of company as Wish. Dress arrives from China not looking like it does online. They don't offer a returns option.

I ordered a dress for a pageant and it came out absolutely stunning. At first, I was fearful of it not fitting or possibly not turning out how I hoped it would be, but I was so wrong. It came out so nice and I received a lot of compliments for it! Forever grateful! Will be sure to order from again!

Good quality attires that I received, I like the fact that they keep me posted about the progress of my order on my private line.

I ordered my wedding dress from milly bridal and I was late in placing my order and I had an arrival date of just the day before my wedding. So I reached out to them to let them know that we couldn’t miss the delivery date and they were so wonderful about it that they not only expedited my dress but had it deliver 1 week before my wedding. The dress was absolutely perfect, the measurements exact and exactly as it was pictured. Needless to say I received too many compliments about it at my wedding party. We are very pleased with our order from Millybridal. The gown came just as shown in the photos. It is gorgeous! We ordered the standard size based on the measurements on the website and the dress was made to those specs. It is well constructed and the attention to detail is beautiful! I purchased a wedding dress from MillyBridal.org. I HIGHLY recommend ordering from them. DEFINITELY recommend paying for the custom size to your measurements. I received my dress in only a few weeks (could have been sooner, but told them my wedding/elopement wasn't until January so no rush was needed). I put my dress on and it fits PERFECTLY!! Zero alterations needed! The dress is well-made and I was concerned I would need to pay to have it lined but it has a built-in bra and I do not need to do anything but steam it before my big day. I was super skeptical of buying a dress sight unseen from another country but it is absolutely perfect and I would definitely recommend you trust Milly Bridal for a perfect dress for any occasion.
