The delivery was very fast as I ordered them on weekend and the package was on my doorstep the next Thursday in Finland. Everything was as it should.

As an international customer (who doesn't know any German), it would greatly improve to have the site in English. I bet the number of customers would increase after that since you have notable cheaper prices than in Finland. I managed with Google Translator, but not everyone will do it.

Everything was ok.

Prices were low, quality was excellent and customer service was rapid and satisfying. I can recommend Mindfactory to everyone.

I placed an order of parts for my computer 8.5.2015 and 19.5.2015 the packet was at my place. Considering I ordered parts from Germany and they were delivered to Finland I think 11 days is a reasonably quick time for delivering a large packet with delicate electronics without any damages to products themselves.

Easy to order and quick to receive the goods.

I admire Mindfactory for its speed and great customer service. I myself live in Finland and Mindfactory is very fast in sending packets. I got what I bought in FIVE days! Very fast! Much faster than any other company. And cheap transport! And cheaper prices than elsewhere!
If you need something for your computer, Mindfactory AG is the best place to look for components.

I gave 4/5 because I got everything I bought in satisfying condition. The price was very good, and delivery very fast to Finland.

BUT!

Mindfactory forgot to put my phone number on the package/delivery notices, AND USP COULDNT REACH ME ANYWAY. So... USP driver got to my place 4 times, knocking our downstairs doors, not knowing we have a buzzer at street level, and couldn't give us the package, because we didnt know he was there. What I had to do was contact USP customerservices after a while, not getting the package, and find out about the problems not getting contact. Then I had to drive 50km to the USP storage facilities.

MARK YOUR GOD DAMN PACKAGES BETTER FFS!
