Ordered three items on Tuesday. Paid the same day, payment confirmed on Thursday. Package sent out on Friday and delivery on Monday! Clear and to the point communication. Excellent packaging.

Horrible - delivered "checked" screen with dead pixels, wont refund!
Bought a Dell U2715H and paid for their "Pixelprüfung" option as i need a pixel perfect screen for my work. Received screen with at least two dead pixels (stopped looking after that). Asked for a full refund including shipping costs as is a consumers right in this case in accordance with the EU conumer legislation. They refuse not only to refund any shipping (neither original nor return) but also refuse to refund their pixel check service saying they dont take refunds as it was performed. So basically they wont refund a paid service on which they didnt deliver. I am now forced to file a report with the ECC. Stay far away from this store!

we're sorry about the inconvenience. A replacement or repair would be free of charge, but if you choose to cancel the order you have accepted those terms and have to send in at your own cost. The service was also performed and cannot be refunded in a case of cancellation.
Good Cheap, strange shipping policy
The shop is great but the shipping works out quite expensive because of the way its done.

Ordering
I orderes for the very first time from Mindfactory.de and the whole process were easy from the beginning to the end. Customer care responsed to my emails very quickly all the way and promlem solving in the special cases, like ordered items were sold out without any notice in advance, was responsible and frankly to send me information about the sitiuation right away.
I did not have to wait days for having the replaced item. Wonderful action!!

All items fine - delivery could have been quicker.
This order took MindFactory 2 working days to despatch, with DHL taking 5 days to deliver in Berlin. If you have become used to Amazon Prime next-day delivery, 7 days seems a long time to wait!
