Average rewards

I have been on the pannel for a few years earning and receiving rewards as always been fine up to the last year although I have never had an issue with receiving payments that side as always been ok. I remember a while ago their was a error and some surveys were paying £18.00 out in error but mind mover honoured that in payments to the survey takers. But I now feel they a penny pinching by not paying great rewards for surveys as when you receive certain surveys it gives you a bullet list saying 5-10 mins 50 points 11 to 20 mins 100 points but lately they might pay 40p for 20 min surveys so I feel the rewards for survey completion have gone way down hill lately

Can't Complain

I have been using the site for over 2 years now it has got so much better and they are really quick at redeeming points though amazon, I know a lot of people complain about the site but from my dealing with them they are strict on who they let on the panel you do have to be from the U.K and have a residential address which they do check. Overall I love the surveys and a great way to earn some extra cash!!

Get lots of surveys

Get lots of surveys. Some are quite interesting and i like it when they invite me to do online chats which give more money. I am a member of a few survey sites and mindmover is one of the more reliable ones. I have cashed out 3 times in the last year. Slight wait for the paypal money to come through but it always does.

I had one time when my survey points didn't get paid into my account on time. when I emailed them they were very polite and the points came through shortly after.

Overall i think they are very good.

Hi Janine - and thanks for the kind words! We're glad you like the site (and good to hear those points came through fine - do let us know if you ever have issues like that again!)

We're always doing what we can to speed up payments, but if you ever find you're waiting for your PayPal payment to come through then please pop us an email and we'll give you an update on where things are at. Thank you for all your kind help taking part in our surveys in the meantime!

Steer clear

Been with them for a long while, but recently noticed that just before completion of long surveys, you are screened out saying that you do not qualify. They have received payment for your answers but don't pass the credit on to their customers. They do not respond to emails, and only pay out your credit after numerous contacts and six weeks late. As I am now screened out on most surveys after completion, I have closed my account, and would recommend others to do likewise.

Mindmover have now responded to above - after SIX MONTHS. This is exactly what I mean about this company.

Hi Clive. I'm sorry if you have closed your account with us after being a member for so long.

For what it's worth, if you do ever screen out of one of our surveys for whatever reason, it means we 100% cannot use your answers. We only screen people out of the survey is not suitable for them, and we try our best to work this out as quickly as possible so we don't waste anybody's time. If you have had surveys where it felt like you got screened out after too many questions then that's not good and we'll need to look into this. If something like this ever does happen then it's likely a technical issue. But we would ask anyone who encounters something like this to email our helpdesk and one of the team will investigate for you ASAP.

If it's taken a while for your survey payments to reach you then again, I am very sorry for this. It's important for us to reward everyone who has taken the time to help us out with our surveys as quickly as possible. Sometimes when we've got lots of people claiming points at once this can hold things up a bit. Even so, we do aim to make sure all payments are sorted within 30 days at the very most and will give you a delivery estimate when you claim your points.

We are always trying to find ways to improve the experience for our panel members as we are genuinely grateful for everyone's answers and feedback in our surveys. If you are ever willing to re-open your account with us then we would be more than happy to have you back - and we will do all we can not to repeat anything that has caused you frustration or disappointment in the past.

1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

A few days ago received the following response when logging into the Mindmover account:

'The email and password that you entered don't match.'

This is a lie as the account details are stored to allow for ease of logging in, and therefore the details are bound to be correct.

Using the 'Forgotten Password' link numerous times has not generated an email to allow me to reset the password.

Going to the 'Sign up' page shows that my email address is registered previously on the site.

Emailing the 'supposed' Customer Services has produced no response.

Mindmover evidently has blocked access to my account without explanation.

I have more than £12 invested on the site from surveys taken [for which the site has received payment] that I am unable to access.

This is Fraud

Avoid this site.

It has multiple 1 star ratings:

'1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct'.

Mindmover used to be one of the best survey sites, however that has changed recently. I have been unable to access my account (where there are funds) for several weeks because it no longer recognises my password. The password reset option says it will generate an email which does not arrive. I have emailed the helpdesk several times over the last few weeks and eventually received a reply asking me if I would like them to reset my password. I replied yes last week but still nothing. If I ever manage to get into my account and manage to claim my money I will unsubscribe from them as there are much better survey sites around.

This used to be a great survey site a couple of years ago, but I am lucky if I qualify for one survey a month now. I am constantly frozen-out of surveys and cannot even get to £10 payment, let alone the £20 needed to cash out. This site asks lots of questions then freezes you out of the survey and, in my opinion, is becoming unreputable and scamming people out of their time for no reward. Don't touch this site with barge pole!

Slowly but Surely!

It does take a frustratingly long time sometimes to get the mount of points needed for payout - £20 - as surveys are not always regular. But I love that you can get your money straight into Paypal - not seen that from any other survey site. So quick and easy.

Disadvantages: None that i have experienced so far

Advantages: Easy to sign up and you get paid in cash. If you have an issue Mindmover will resolve it quickly
Disadvantages: None that i have experienced so far

Having just joined Mindmover and completed my first and lengthy survey - only to discover that I was disqulified for the 300 points at the end - right on the very last page. This I felt was terribly unjust especially after I had spent over an hour giving in my opinions - in fact I felt conned. I know that 300 points was not a millionaire's sum - but that does not detract from the fact that i did contribute with some effort.

This unjust prompted me to send an email (giving them my opinion) the next morning to Mindmover explaining to them the unsatisfactory situation and they responded within a couple of hours, acknowledged my email, apologising for the technical error and had immediately credited my account with the 300 points = £3.00

I have to say that their response and action is impressive, so this is one survey site that I will stick with for quite a while - as Mindmover has shown thus far that they do CARE about their panelists.

Summary: I would reccomend Mindmover to anyone who loves giving their opinion and get paid for doing so
