I am the house sitter. I've sat around the world and have had excellent experiences. MMH is a great resource for bringing home owners and sitters together. Whichever role you sign up for, it's up to you to do your own due diligence. Take responsibility for the experience you want to have, ask a lot of questions, read individual reviews. Good people use and maintain this site. Get out there and find them!

We have used Mindmyhouse since 2016. Made some lasting friendships from all corners of the globe, sitters have been multiple times over the years.

MMH has been a remarkably helpful service for my wife and me as home owners. As a retired couple with two dogs, every trip begins not with airline tickets, but with an effort to secure a responsible, available person or couple, to house sit. MMH has never failed us. I have been on MMH website over the last 25 years on and off.
I have always found it easy to use and have found many excellent sitters some of whom have become friends.
It’s a great concept and has worked extremely well for us as we have many animals and a small farm that requires regular attention and without help we don’t get to go and visit family in the UK or go on a holiday elsewhere.

Mind My House has served me very well ... as a pet sitter and a home owner. As a home owner we have had lots of 'strangers' visit our home. Ive been a MindMyHouse user for more than 10 years and, as I've had a great experience, keep coming back when I need petsitters. The website has improved during the decade, usually following feedback from users, and I feel part of a lovely petsitting community. Our personable parrot has been featured in a MindMyHouse newsletter!
I've kept in-touch with many of my petsitters and, as friends, they have visited us afterwards. We have two returning this year to see us in our new house.
I always recommend MindMyHouse to anyone who asks me who looks after my pets when I go away.

My wife and I have been house sitting since 2017 and we belong to a couple of house sitting sites. MindMyHouse was the company we found our very first sit and since then it has been the site we find a majority of our sits with. We sit once or twice a year all over the world.
The process is easy from beginning to end and the communication between the owners and the sitters has always been efficient and easy to manage. Unlike other sites we have used occasionally and found to be difficult to use.

I've been a housesitter on MindMyHouse since 2017 and it has been a wonderful experience. The listings are clear, how to apply, respond, search, etc. are all great and have been improved over the years, and whenever I have a question, support is easy to access and they respond quickly. The best part is the homeowners that I have met over the years! I never would have encountered such wonderful people, or traveled to some amazing destinations, without MindMyHouse. I’ve been on MMH since 2007 first as a homeowner and then as a housesitter. I’ve continued to use MMH throughout the past 19 years to find the best sitters and some of our best housesits in various parts of the world. Mind My House has given me the greatest service throughout my time in the site. Many of the people we’ve met have now become some of my best life-long friends. Some years ago the site allowed sitters to review home owners and their experiences on the sits. This has been a valuable feature which can reassure future prospective sitters that the sit advertised is genuine and the home is as described.

We started using MindMyHouse about 12 years ago when we were living in France. We met lots of interesting people, who looked after our dogs, cats and the house, during our absences. Sometimes the same people, sometimes new, always a pleasant and safe experience. Now we live in Spain, and guess what? We are having just as much success and pleasure in using MindMyHouse as before. A great, honest and straightforward site.

MindMyHouse.com has been the best thing that has happened to us since Covid! We have used the site for house/pet sitting and for finding house/pet sitters for our own home/animals for several years now. We have enjoyed assisting others with the pets while they travel, and have met some very kind and helpful house/pet sitters for ours. Try it out for yourself!

Since 2014 I put my yearly (long) housesitter assignments at Mindmyhouse.com, and I have always found a good match.
It never takes long for me to find a good sitter, even when it can be quite challenging on the island of Bali sometimes.

We have used your site for many many years and have had some lovely sitters during that time we have only had one bad experience in that time.
We have also stayed friends with quite a few of the sitters and have used the same sitters now for about 3/4 years and grately appreciate there care for our animals and home.
Would only use Mindmyhouse and recommend to wherever we can, thank you
