The car availability were displayed on the website and yet not available when I called the rental company. The contact person said, that they need one day to confirm which is understandable but he said those cars are long gone. Then why is it still displayed? Isn't it a falls advertising of something which is not available. The database on the website should be updated at least in 24 hours , isn't it ?

Friendly phone manner in response to our initial inquiry, very competitive rates, quality vehicle, and lifts to and from our accommodation (in the Mercedes no less!). Pleased to be supporting a local small business. We will definitely seek your services again when we are next visiting our friends in Misssion Beach. We may even treat ourselves to a trike ride up the coast. An excellent family-run business. Thank you all.

Have used this company for many years during my annual trip to Cairns.
The personnel are always genuinely friendly and helpful and interested in fulfilling one's requirements. They are punctual, thorough and provide excellent support should there be any issues.
The cars are modern and well-maintained.
I would happily commend them to others.

Initially we tried to hire a car at East Coast car hire, right next door as that was where our in laws had prebooked a car.
Immediately clear that there was a high volume of people waiting for their booking also. We stood in line for 40 minutes and finally reached the counter. Much to our disappointment we were informed that we were not able to get a vehicle as we had not prebooked.
Feeling frustrated for standing in line all that time with no result was disappointing. So we went next door.
Immediately greeted by a lovely lady who offered her assistance. We explained we had just been next door to no avail.
Well not only did we receive a vehicle to rent which was cheaper than next door, we received a warm welcome to Cairns and some local info on things to see and do. The Hyundai Accent Sport was a dream to drive on those crazy winding roads, and surprisingly spacious with two kids in the back.
I reside in Perth WA and have not received customer service like that in a long time. It was truly refreshing and was a great start to the trip.

Service was very good and the vehicles were quite new and good models. Friendly and helpful atmosphere I will return.

Great service and excellent condition of the car supplied. Have recommended them to friends who will be visiting Cairns in the near future. Will use them again.

We were stuck in Cairns as Mum was in ICU after a disastrous start to our holiday. The staff at Mini Car rentals were so incredibly helpful I that we had no idea how long we would be there, and I was quite stressed. I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
