Miniclip is ridiculous to sell for money what cheaters get for free by winning with a single shot. Its ridiculous that miniclip doesnt care but still advertises her thousands of users. Its ridiculous that support is non existant. i have a been playing 8ball for ever and now the cheating one shot ruins all the experience. 8/10 opponents are having an aimbot. F u miniclip

3 straight times my opponent didn't hit rail and I didn't get ball in hand thus losing. When I do it, opponent gets ball in hand every time. Happens a lot! Also, just made my shot without scratching and gave gave opponent the shot. Just played 5 straight games without getting the break. I'M DONE!!!

Absolutely terrible game. Do NOT buy anything from this company until they sort there crap out,which they won't. They don't give a monkeys about you. You'll gradually build up a few coins to make you buy things then anything from 100k upwards you'll just encounter a bot or hacker that just takes all your coins. Stupid automated replys from customer service that you won't get refunded. Uninstall and look elsewhere for a game

High number of cheaters / hackers and miniclip doesn’t seem to do anything about if ????

When I try and get the lousy 75 coins it boots me off.Then when I come back it says no videos available..game is CHEAP!!! TIRED OF PLAYING BOTS!! THETE ARE ALOT OF OTHER POOL GAMES

This game is garbage.
No matter how good you get, whatever your skill level, if the game dictates you’re losing, then you’re losing - either by some extremely unlikely in off, snookering yourself or even just running the cue ball into the only place on the table where you can possibly lose.
Garbage, pure garbage.

When u play against those that smash the balls in randomly and get in every shot in one instance the shot on the black was impossible and they still got it in u know it's hacked and if u have to cheat to win there's no point in playing

Completely illiterate and useless Customer Support. They DO NOT address your issue at all. All they do is copy & paste a generic template and then close your ticket. Utterly bad. Stay way.

Often things go wrong. Either a game change causes a glitch or you run into cheats that hack your game. Either way the management of 8ballpool is very poor to the point that your dealing with clowns that won't resolve anything at all. Not worth complaining and possibly not worth playing.

The reason why I rated this customer support so poorly is because it only sends automated messages; it's like a dumb bot. In my first email, I already stated the three reasons they keep sending me, but it seems to be ignored. I have informed them that I play on my account where it was created, and I also face different opponents every day, so there's no reason my winnings shouldn't be counted in the leaderboards. Most importantly, I don't use any exploits to gain an advantage in the leaderboards. Yet, after sending them evidence contradicting their three possible reasons why my leaderboards aren't counting my winnings, they still sent me those same three possible reasons again. It seems that they don't really read my messages; this is the worst customer support experience I've had.

Started playing, stopped after day 2. Zero point playing this game. You'll be paired with people that are level 80 - 150. 9 times out of 10 they clear the table either from the break of the turn after the break. Impossible to win. Joke of a game.

Company should be shut down. I have played for about 6 years. I refuse to buy anything. I did purchase before the cheaters moved in. I like the game, but not the cheating. I have adapted to their bs. I keep myself at a lower level to minimize cheaters. I have amassed over 12 billion in coins by playing Miami 9 ball.

Before you even download this 8 Ball Pool game, I hope you read this and every review on here. You'll find a pattern. If you try to play without paying, you'll be so hooked that you'll set up an account. Then, the programmers flip the script on you and you can't win a game until you pay more. They let you advance at first but you'll find your bank drained with no hope but to buy in. I had amassed 80+ million after paying $75 to buy my piggy bank and winning a ton of games. Next time I log in, every game wasn't just ran on me but blatantly so with impossible 2, 3, and 4 rail bank shots. To the tune of 78 million dollars over 40 games in a row or something. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HOPEFULLY MONEY TO THESE CRIMINALS!

This is the worst most manipulated game I have played,
It is hard to believe how contrived the game writers have made this game, not an ounce of skill, just premeditated control of the outcomes, have never seen anything so annoying 🤯🤯

I wish this game would be fair. Win 8 in a row then lose 15 in a row. My opponent breaks drops a ball and continues to run the table and win. I break nothing drops my opponent clears the table. I complain but miniclip does nothing. Maybe if everyone stopped spending money with them they would fix it. The hackers I believe come from miniclip themselves. I've played 2 in the same week more than once.
