Miniclip double charged me on 2 consecutive purchases, i contacted them, they had me contact Apple, Apple says it’s not refundable. They got me for real money twice. I probably wouldn’t be so angry but I didn’t even receive the play cash I was double charged for, basically I paid double what the ad stated. They won’t even make it right by giving me the fake cash I paid for with real money. That’s the slap in the face.

It could be so good, such potential to a nice pleasant game.

Instead, algorithmic mechanics are built in to create impossible scenarios where the player scratches or loses from the 8 ball incredibly going into the pocket off some ridiculous angle.

These are so transparently meant to emotionally tilt the player in hopes that they will spend money.

They dont realise that if they instead give players what they want - a pleasant, non-rigged game, people would gladly pay for perks.

But it is ruined by greed and capitalist dogma of 'every other game is doing it'. Be better.

I can’t put into words how embarrassingly bad this game is it could be one of the best ,instead it is by far the worst game I have ever played ,,bots all over the place at all levels got help you if get any Asian players
you ain’t winning anything,,can some one please explain how you can’t miss a ball for a couple of games then suddenly you can pot away to the black and it goes off at the weirdest angle that the laws of physics can’t explain ,balls slow up as if stopped by something,opponents break and everything is open for them ,I break can’t even get a ball in no matter how I hit the pack it’s a load of boxxocks

Miniclip is a fraudulent cheating game. People must not waste real money in miniclip game especially 8 pool

Why are my bets getting lowered from 10,000 to 2,500??? Its not worth it any more! Now they take my bet but winnings are 0 coins! What's with that? Do you want people to leave? This is really getting old...

I built my account to >16,000,000. Opened the following day and only just over 2,000,000 in it. I contacted support for help. No help. Didn’t return the coins….
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AS THEY STEAL IT!
All support had to do is try and help and return what was stollen.

these ppl are fulla crap... They do not care who cheats, they do not care about your "Experience"... Ppl cheat on this game like CRAZY and they do not give a rat's ass about it...Scumbags galore on this site cheating to win fake money... How Pathetic is that???

I have read that Mini clip 8 ball pool is rigged. If that is true, why do fine pleasure in doing that to people that are just trying to enjoy playing a simple game? How do you even benefit from this unethical behavior?

I uninstalled this game 4 months ago for my sanity. It should come with a health warning. Miniclip have scammed £400 million out of this game alone. If you're doing well and not parting with your own cash then Miniclip step in and then 70% of your games is against the mechanics of the game. What I do now is install the game again and your left alone till about level 8 with a 95% win rate then the mechanics step in cue freezes moves on its own unbelievable in offs run out of time even though you potted a ball lose connection and your potted balls reappear lose game after game your win percentage then drops to 60% so I uninstall again then reinstall this way you see more of there hacks then know when to quit a new one I just noticed is in a tournament this Pakistani had 30 seconds left and balls tied up including the black so I played to run him out of time then like magic he had 90 seconds left and I ran out of time. But playing like this knowing when to quit is more enjoyable then you can play the high stake games against level 2-3s hundreds and don't worry against losing all but I'd love to see there faces when they lose against a level 8 player.

Game is ruined by cheating Pakistan players and miniclip do absolutely nothing about it, best thing to do is leave the ugly virgins to it and uninstall the game

Scam company will let hackers use your account and if you try to stop them miniclip will help the hackers. It's as easy as hackers clicking a button to stop you from deleting your account. Stay away from this company as your data is fair game to any hacker and they make it impossible to remove it.

Very sad. Have enjoyed miniclip pool for several years but recently a multitude of mods, bots, cheaters, whatever you want to call them. They can’t miss and you lose your hard earned and purchased coins. I always report cheaters with in game reporting system, just bring up opponents profile and select … below their name. Most times in several days their accounts are deleted but damage has been done. Miniclip should be able to credit coins back to those they took from by cheating. If miniclip can verify them as cheaters they should be able to see everyone they have played. Miniclip refuses to reimburse coins even when they verify that cheating players caused it. Miniclip wins as those coins disappear and legitimate players must purchase more coins with real money. Mike

8 ball Pool is so hell bent on trying to make money that it will never let you consistently win. White ball disappears or hides itself or opponent makes miraculous shots. DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY IT'S A SCAM

The game itself is not bad but its ruined by constant releases of cheat hacks. Right now about 1in 5 games are ruined by cheating. The cheaters are so pathetic, what's the joy in a cheat hack winning a game for you.

My account is 445 740 460 8 I had hundred and fifty million coins. when I log out yesterday. Now I log back in the game and a hundred and fifty million coins gone aka disappear. I did noting wrong. I work hard for those coins. I dId or not cheat or what ever going on. Im being acaused of. WARNING ⚠️, this can happen to you. The owners and the hackers is working together, the FBI should look into this

Do not play this game unless you want to lose all your hard earned coins. 9 out of 10 players are now cheating they cant lose. Pointless playing anymore.

Sadly the pool game is fun quick and easy to use.thats where the positive ends far too many cheaters in the game especially the higher games and the company don't give a damn they just try con people Into paying for things .don't bother unreliable and prob unsafe just play low stakes and don't buy anything

I agree with everyone else, what a crappy company Miniclip is.
Steals ad money and makes players pay triple the time compared to other apps.
In addition, they can't deliver the advertising, when it doesn't work they could in any case donate the time so the players get their prize when Miniclip can't deliver.

Miniclip is a fraudulent company and should be banned from platforms such as Apple.
- Miniclip charged my credit card (that I had earlier provided to the game), yet I had not ordered anything. I asked Apple to refund the money that was charged by mistake and for no reason. Miniclip got mad that I have reported their fraudulent transaction to Apple and suspended my account without explanation! How convenient!
- There are thousands of bots roaming around all tables that take player’s money. Miniclip facilitates their presence in the game because it’s in their advantage to rub real players of their money. This promotes an unfair and unethical play.
- given the fraudulent, unfair and unethical nature of miniclip they should be removed from all platforms.

MINICLIP is corrupt......they take people's money and then introduce BOTS in 8-ball pool that make you lose everytime....you have no chance against these HACKERS as they do not even aim yet pocket all balls....I am working on getting a Class Action LAWSUIT against miniclip.
