The games are full of cheats and hackers, and Miniclip does nothing to eradicate them. I suffered at the hands of cheats in their Pool game, so I stopped playing. I decided to play golf, but this game is full of cheats. The game is good, and I enjoy it, but sometimes playing is pointless because the cheats using a hack or bot will thrash you no matter how skilful you are. You start with low ratings for power, accuracy and the guidelines and slowly improve them. Sadly, you must watch a cheat with the lowest setting fly their ball past you and complete the hole with impossible shots. If you reach a playoff for the prizes, you will often lose to a cheat using a bot, so their ball is always closer to the hole than yours. You can often spot them because they wait for others to play their shot before they cheat. Some are brazen and use a hack to hit the ball close to the hole, believing they will win. Should you hit your ball closer, their ball miraculously moves closer! If you report the cheat, Miniclip will do nothing besides send you a monkey script that says the fault is probably your internet connection or something beyond their control. I have to stop playing when it is full of cheats, return later, and hope I can avoid them.

Usual service from a shit company only interested in making money. The game is plagued with cheats, bugs, glitches, rigged algorithms, bots, fake Facebook I’D’s, rip off prices, zero customer service….. the list is endless!
If I could give ZERO I would it’s all this shabby outfit deserve‼️

I have been playing Miniclip Pool for several years.I had problem with Miniclip which involved multiple emails back and forth. The emails from Miniclip were all form replies that did not resolve my problem. I eventually resolved the problem without their help.

Sick of playing cheats! Used to be a good game until cheats came along

I've got through to nearly pro twice then you get wifi connection failed ( it hadn't) then you uninstall and re install then it's ok till you nearly get to pro and it happens again . Money making racket . I will not spend another penny on this game

I am leaving my review purely because of Miniclip’s demonic and devious tactics to make money out of you and to get users into a psychological addiction, into tempting users to lose their money. 8 ball pool is clearly a rigged game, designed to generate revenue only for Miniclip by exploiting gamers. How are you telling me I had a 14 game winning streak but then I lose 4 in a row. I then had another 5 game wining streak and lost 3 in a row. I then had a 7 game winning streak and lost 5 in a row. How am I missing easy shots which once I aim, it is clear as day that the shot should be potted. This game has a bunch of snobby, thieving people behind it. They want you to spend money on the game by making you lose. I did buy an 89p golden spin here and there but to get me to spend more money on the game, they get me to lose on purpose. Haha, they won’t fool me this time, I have uninstalled the game, and I won’t play a game which won’t let users win based on their ability but they want users to sing along to the algorithms and manipulative tactics they set out.

Everything that can go wrong will go wrong if many clips has anything to do about it which they do any time. You're playing for a lot of money? This last game, a 5 million dollar game and they knew I was gonna win it because I'm sure I'm being monitored because too many things go wrong when I'm playing high dollar games this time. They wouldn't even let me shoot. My time is going around rough. The square.
Is just expiring and I cannot shoot. It won't let me pain. It won't let me do anything and my time expires next player up and of course, he wins the game. I'm not spending any more money. So many clip wants to do this to me. I have 38 million coins and I build them instead of losing them can't stand it. So they do things to make me lose.But mostly I still win

What is with this game can someone please help . I have for the 2nd time now been given a warning and now final warning for supposedly cheating this nothing short of false. When I wrote a complaint I receive what seems to be a reply from a bot. Any tips. To add if anything this game has many issues I don't spend money but on multiple occasions I swear I am playing a bot or other as impossible shots you just don't seem to be able to win . I consider myself a pretty good player but a can not advance any further if I am playing a bot. Ready to ditch this game. Any recommendations on better games please. Thanks for any replies.

For more than 3 months I have been reporting that I cannot get an opponent in my favourite level game and NOTHING has been done about it. The admin are a pathetic and useless bunch of morons.
So many people cheat and get away with it.
I'm going to look for a better game of pool.

This is a scam....I am level 87 gold....l just lost 400,000 in two days. Worst thing was when I was scrolling towards 1000 pt game, but twice opened r8ght into a 200,000 0t game, I NEVER CHOOSE THOSE LEVELS, and there is no way to back out. Yes, ther3 is a backdrop but it vanishes VERY quickly.
My losses are nuts, mostly I pot my 8, or pot the 8...

On top of that, there are numerous reports of hackers exploiting the system with no effective moderation from MiniClip. This completely ruins the experience and makes fair competition impossible.

Non-existent Support: Don't expect any real help if you run into problems. Customer service seems to be run by bots as well, repeating generic responses and never providing real solutions. You’ll be stuck in an endless loop of "we have informed everything" without getting your issues resolved.

In summary, I strongly discourage anyone from engaging with MiniClip games. If you value your mental well-being and don't want to fall into unhealthy gaming habits, steer clear. These games may seem harmless at first but can lead to serious long-term consequences.

Miniclip Pool is only a scam now to get money. The mechanics are awesome, but it's really sad that it they manipulate it to rob you and trick you. Deceptive practices! The game cheats; they allow cheating players; ads appear as you click (they are all Miniclip ads, no third party ads, so only money for them); forced purchases; manipulated games stealing your coins (hmm should I buy more coins? hmm). Customer Support does not respond, only canned replies with fake info on how to contact them.

Miniclip pool used to be wonderful. The mechanics are the best, realistic. Somewhere a few years ago the company sold, and soon after they killed their web games and pushed their mobile games. And along the way the fake and the cheat and the steal rose up, and now it's just a scam for money.

I'm writing this review without notifying Miniclip: I've tried through their help/support, but never a live response, and since I've been publicly reviewing Miniclip pool I'm harrassed when I play. Cheaters, hackers, manipulated games. I've lost 90% of my coins. The cheats and tricks to spend money get worse. A shame.

I've got Full cell tower signal, and Can't even get the game to Connect!!! You have to spend money for the game to Maybe help you!!!!! Miniclip sends form letters to passify people!!! Yet, WON'T do anything about it!!!!! It's a Real Shame the Owners don't give a Crap about it's gamers!!!!!!

Garbage match making. Will put you to a god tier enemy.

This game is not online games, this is a platform for you to do business trading, there are too many cheaters, hackers in 8 ball pool, no point to report them as Miniclip service team will not doing any action to improve the game. Either Miniclip randomly reset few detect cheaters, that's all. All your time is wasted, your money to subscribed elite membership or purchase pool pass are wasted because this game has no purpose of playing, how can people enjoy using cheat(aimbot) to play the game rather using own skill, and they feel complacent after winning the game using cheat, lol, this is pathetic.

Those wasting money to buy cheat mostly are coins seller or any trading in 8 ball pool service.

You will be annoy by the cheaters eventually, or you will become one of the cheater using cheat because of resentment. Neither both is not what we want.

Reporting cheater is useless, as there are too many especially in the high level table.

The game is riddled with cheats & Bots, Opponent a straight pot, decides to go all round the table to pot the ball hitting a couple of balls on the way, some outrageous shots to pocket the 9 ball, a human brain could not calculate some of these shots in a few seconds, the game is rigged

Problem with login and I've already linked my account with google and miniclip and I just can't login to the game
and they never helped me after several requests and I've spent a lot of money on the games. Apparently I can't restore my progress plus I came across
A lot of cheating and bot players all the time and they never got them suspended .

I just erased it from my iPad. I was a loyal follower but too much cheating. I hope they shut down. Ellie The Shark.

lots of bots it's not the players who cheat. It's the makers of this game who are cheating. On YouTube you will find players who work for miniclip, to make 8 ball pool interesting, they get paid, just look at what they win. It's a scam
