Would be zero if I could

Absolutely rigged, I play pool and lot IRL if I had dead straights shots "miss" the pocket, or all that back spin on a straight shot spin it off to the side and not backwards I'd think there was something wrong with the table, not to mention when you're on a potting steak it stops you from "eight balling" someone.

I refuse to pay for something so obviously rigged, so I just play the low levels and plod on.

I've been playing this since the very early days and it's gone badly down hill last couple of years.

Terrible game no support,had continuous glitches and errors with the game,all they tell you to do is uninstall and reinstall the game.
Zero support from customer support,all they do is take your money and you get nothing back.
Without a doubt one of the worst companies on the planet.
Game is full of cheats,if you pay to use this game,seek medical help,your funding one of the crappiest companies on the planet.

Title: No Response from Support – Banned Without Reason

I’ve contacted Miniclip support over 10 times in the past 10 days about my 8 Ball Pool account (ID: 115-123-637-7) being banned again with no explanation.

My account was unbanned after a week from the first ban, then immediately banned again — and now I’ve been left in the dark. They haven’t told me if it’s permanent or temporary, and I’ve received only automated messages.

I’ve followed all instructions, included the game name and my ID, but no human has responded.

This is extremely frustrating. As a long-time player and supporter of 8 Ball Pool, I expected better treatment. Please take responsibility and communicate with your users!

The most corrupt,rigged cheating game i have ever had the misfortune to play, what a blatant rip off, if you dont believe me try it,what a money grabbing scam, this so called game should be banned and removed, you cheating so called game providers, this should be illegal,check out on line reviews, i actually spent money on this game before i realised i was playing against bots and computers in order to lose so players spend money,what a disgraceful cheating rip off.

It's good to play when the game it's ,, NOT HACKED".....I sort of got used with that....Lately,I've noticed that EVERY SINGLE GOLDEN SHOT I get from the game is interrupted right when I shoot....Not a very nice thing to do,you guys...Not nice....You know exactly what I'm talking about...I will never spend 1 single penny on the game,by the way....Thanks.

I used to pay real money to buy cues or other stuff from the game. Now it's full of hackers, I won't pay a cent anymore.

This use to be the best pool game going. 49 other team mates. If you didn't produce, you got the boot. Now our team is still 50 members full, except I'm the only one getting victimized by the algorithms. No one else plays anymore. Why would you take this awesome, fun creation and run it right into the ground. 1-800- dial a clue.
The only way to save it, is to let the players play and stop interfering with everyone's fun.
It's so obvious and blatant that you don't even make an attempt to hide the insulting way you jerk this game around. Get a life or hobbie where you're truly appreciated.

Their 8ball pool game is horrible now. Just about every game, you come up against someone using mods and cheating hacks. They get reported, but the developers do nothing about it. I've lots hundreds of millions of coins. The game has been ruined.

Like a lot of you out there, I've played 8 Pool for many years and it was always a good game. Now its cheats and instability of the platform that sickens people. I thought I might have been victimised by the company because I've never paid them a penny for anything and thought maybe people who 'signed up' and paid for things got better treatment. It seems definitely not. Miniclip equals CRAP and while in the past I would delete and reinstall the game, it just crashes every time. Miniclip has outlived its usefulness and like others, if I could give a rating of Minus 10, that's what they would get. Maybe someone out there will see these co ments and produce a seriously good Pool game we can all enjoy.

I caught them charging my account for something I did not order. I brought it to their and Apple Pay's attention. They promptly deleted my account. I had over 1 million coins in that account. I still have 2 other accounts to play on, but their behavior is deplorable. How can so many people be duped by this company? Someone needs to start up a new pool as competition to the garbage people who run MINICLIP. They are a waste of oxygen with every breath they take! Someone needs to make it possible to leave a negative number for a review, they would receive a negative 5 from me. They were caught at thievery and should be penalized for it!!!

Fantastic fun group soaring to 150,000,WOW,Get this fun players,smashed a few billion loaded players who prefer to play in the small money games.😴 and now I’m up to a million plus winnings again,but so as I just want to stay there I’m playing 10k games so I’ve always got that million and I kid you not the billion loaded players are now in the 10k games,WHY,🤔😂😂😂😂🤣.Trust me they are easy to beat players

Sunday, Sunday all flying towards half a million on the fun group,no surprise the the GENERATOR is loading up all the tiny venues with the billion pound players,just been in the London £500 and it’s full of them,just played a 38 billion player for 500!😱,poor boy,must really need that 500 he Lost off of me,🤣🤣🤣,remember,they buy there so called talent,we have it naturally,they are so beatable so just have fun and don’t SPEND MONEY

If there was an option I could give them a zero. I'm up to 245 and have been playing for many years but I'm through. They asked for my review and I told them what I have experienced. The bots, people right cheating so yeah they know. They do not consider the economy and that maybe you can't afford to purchase anything and I believe that is the whole problem. It's like your being punished for not spending money. It is addicting and I loved the game before all this greed came in. They have ruined this game over greed.

I have spent the last 15 minutes reading nothing but negative comments towards miniclip or should I say TEN CENT, this is the new company that just bought miniclip.
I too have had issues with support, I lost millions of dollars, one day 20 million was there, the next day its gone. I got the form letter like a previous writer shared another.

I sent a total of THREE emails to their support department. They did respond, not as a human customer support agent but more of a programmed bought telling me to read these articles and it should fix my problem.

A SECOND email was the same as the first, customer representative did not show any empathy or willing to put a measly 20 million in my account. The engineers don't know what happened, nor I.
The last time I checked the customer is always

The THIRD email was sent this morning at 2:00. A.m. this time I sent it to Mimi clip support along with engineers of programming and the department of player experience.
I have not received any response yet today.

And what did miniclip do? Oh hey, follow this article. See if this helps you. If I were to tell my customers what they have told me and how they have treated me, I would have been thrown out of the building within minutes. The company did absolutely nothing for my issue.

They're software developers have absolutely no idea how to stop the cheaters. They know how to screw up the game for REAL players who love the game, but for some odd reason they can't FIGURE out how to filter against the cheaters!?!? WTH

I've been playing for at least 5 to 10 years. Back in the day, I used to hustle a few pool game LOL. It's a fun game but it also pisses you off. I'm going to have withdrawals but I am uninstalling this game and if I come back and play it, know that the withdrawals are sucking that day. 🤣
Mini clip is simply blatantly showing all us dumb sheep (as this is their perspective of dumb users)
that they could give a damn whether we're happy or not. The Sad/True fact is mini clip has ZERO empathy for the customer. Empathy must NOT be a value in Switzerland.
Very sad day for me. Been trying to get up to 200 million, which is nothing for most all of you guys and gals that rock, but for me if I could get up to 200 million I could probably put up with the b******* but it's impossible.

Miniclip Pool used to be an excellent game, as a former (actual) pool player I loved the realism of the game and played it for many years to the point I could play on the high stakes tables.

It is now utterly pointless, the amount of hackers playing the game is ridiculous, I went through a process of reporting all hackers to Miniclip including player ID's and screenshots, and what's happened?....

....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! In fact it's got worse.

This is a fair and honest review as someone who has played miniclip pool since it began,

It used to be a good fun game and I must say very addictive they definitely got it right with the set up I’ll give them that,

I played most days for years and years purchased some cues from time to time and I considered myself a pretty decent player, I played in the 15 mil 25 mil section but mainly 5-10 mil games as I don’t love the fact that 10% goes to the loser lol I also like the fact that if you purchase a decent cue there is cash back in high stakes games so if you lose it doesent sting so much,

Then we get to the cheaters I mean seriously guys!!! Miniclip!!! Wtf are you doing!! Guys that come into the game in super high stakes level 12-20 they don’t even aim for a ball yet pot with the most unrealistic shots you ever saw!!! Coming off 8 cushions to pot balls 🤦 white going towards a pocket but it some how circles round the pocket and jumps out 🤦 … not to mention I 7 ball these clowns I pot the 8 ball and hit it very softly I might add and it rolls and rolls and rolls and rolls till the white ball scratches and I lose 😂😂🤦 not once but 9 times out of 10 against rasheed or Mohammed 🤨 not a racial thing it’s just a fact! You need to look into this because I can say with 100% confidence 80% of high stakes games are over ran with Indonesian and Indian cheaters with the occasional Brazilian cheater,

Sad truth is you lost a good customer in me, I’m almost a year away from your god awful site and until it’s drastically improved and you have booted these absolute cheating scum I myself won’t be back and will NEVER spend a penny on your rigged website

Miniclip is now using bait and switch tactics. They offered me a 3 day free trial but charged my credit card immediately! My attorney said it's a case of consumer fraud as well as a civil case but being that we have hundreds if not thousands of people who say the same thing, it can be a much bigger case. We all know the game is ridiculously rigged. We have screen recordings of the game etc. It took a while but time is just about up for miniclip. It would be different if you exclude real money from your game. You're literally robbing people and now it's time for us to get our money back!

Miniclip haven't got a clue what there doing for there pool game. There are so many hackers and they won't ban them for some reason. They have put me in a hacker server and also stopped me earning but I've never used a cheat!.
Never play 8 ball pool!!!!!!!!!!
