Really quick service , just what I need for camping

Sent me someone's used, dirty return. Suggested I should pay for to send it back to them, but thankfully I paid via PayPal so a courier was sent to collect.
No customer service, or apologies from the company.
Dreadful company, please do not buy from them, just incase this happens to you too.

The fridge was easy to order, delivery was swift and in spite of the current difficulties arrived on the promised day without issue. The product is as described and meets all expectations.

Very prompt delivery. Great item that suited our space perfectly. Great (as opposed to excellent) rating based on some cosmetic damage to the door. Excellent customer service however, when the damage was reported. A replacement part was requested but due to unavailabilty of the part, a full exchange was offered. As we needed to use the unit immediately, that wasn't suitable for us, therefore the company quickly refunded a small part of the cost as a gesture of good will. Great service and would highly recommend this courteous and rapidly responsive company

Next day delivery (free) and great products. These little fridges work really well in a B&B.

A non-working product and truly shocking after-sales support. I would avoid these guys.

I bought what was advertised as a 3-way absorption fridge (12v/240v/gas). During the process of installing it in my van, it came to light that the fridge wasn't able to run on 12v electricity at all - and so was useless in my vehicle. It runs fine on 240v and gas.

I called the after sales care many times and got no answer. Same story for emails to their email address. Eventually I managed to speak to someone called Sonia who confirmed the model of fridge I had bought was misadvertised and didn't run on 12v at all! I then said I wanted to send it back at which time the line mysteriously cut out.

After a load more unanswered calls, I finally managed to speak to someone called Max who said there had never been an issue with these fridges and accused me of either installing it incorrectly or breaking it. When I told him his colleague Sonia had already admitted there was a problem with the unit - and that business to consumer sales in the UK are covered by legislation requiring products to be as advertised and of a reasonable quality for such a product, he hung up.

Avoid.
