Fast delivery and very well packed box, no damage, thanks Miniplanes.
Please be aware that inside the kit Lander included decals for a Rafale M not for a T 33, and the same for the French navy insigna!

very bad!!!!!
First: customer service said delivery expenses were 14 euros.... At the end were 28
Second: when i asked the reason of the double amount, they answered that they didn't understand italian (google translator is too complicated?)
Third: packaging very poor!! A plane send with a plastic bag with no "Fragile" indication?
I hope you understand now.... It's English!!!

Very fast delivery. Well packed. Items arrived safely
Needed the Art Tech Alpha Jet and MiG 15 Canopies urgently. Could buy them in the UK. The parts were available on line and delivery to the UK only took a few days. They were well packed and the canopies arrived undamaged.

Good
1. The site on internet gives a lot of choises however it should better have an option to select and compare different selected options for later discission.
2. No comments on delivery.
3. When testing the plane we noticed that batteries in transmitter need replaced (there was red light). After replacing the batteries, we could not let the plane operate however It worked before. There is a flasing red led on the receiver. Nothing works. We will require service support...
