Great shirts and standard delivery was only 4 days

I ORDERED A PRODUCT THAT WAS BACK ORDERED. THEY DID NOT CALL,EMAIL ME TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. I CALLED THEM 42 DAYS LATER TO FIND OUT. IT WAS FOR CHRISTMAS
POOR COMMUNICATION

I ordered 32 pairs of jeans for the plumbers in 4 different sizes and received all 32 correctly and quickly. They were exactly what I had ordered. I had looked around and Minnesota Workwear was the ONLY place that I could get all 32 of the type of jean that my employees needed. Add on to that they were decently priced plus on sale with free UPS shipping!!!

I haven't received my product yet, but you want me to give you a review of my purchase..... well, send me my order then I can give a better review.

Your site said item was avail, took my payment & shipping info..then sent email saying item no longer available. Not cool. You obviously are just passing on the order to a distributor or factory & not explaining this to your customers.

Ordered a shirt as a gift! Was pleased with quality and prompt service-- will definitely use Minnesota Workwear again!

I was so pleased when I found on your web site that you had a particular pair of womens lined Dickie Jeans and I placed the order immediately on line. You charged my credit card and off I went, quite pleased with the experience..... It was short lived..., the next day I was informed by email that you could not fill the order and No idea when or if you could. With No line of sight as to when or if I would get the jeans..., I cancelled the order. I cannot see how in this electronic age you did not know up front you did not have them in stock.... disappointing.

I placed my order with Minnesota Work Wear and two days later emailed them to find out when it was going to ship as I needed my shirts. The person that responded blatantly lied and said that my order had just been placed the afternoon prior and that it would be shipping that day. Rather than argue about when the order was placed, I apologized for the trouble and moved on.

When my order arrived it was missing a piece (I ordered 4 work shirts). I contacted the company to let them know that I had only received 3 of my shirts and explained which I was missing. I had even taken a picture of the packing slip which showed only 3 items shipped. In my response to the missing item I had even offered to purchase 2 more shirts so that they didn't have to cut into profit by paying for shipping and could simply include my missing shirt with the new order. The response I was given was a joke.

I was told that they did not see the problem. They had shipped 3 shirts and if something was wrong it must have been a courier problem which would require a claim. I became upset. The employee responding (or one man drop shipping from home), didn't even bother to look at the order placed which showed a quantity of 4 pieces. I let them know that if this was not resolved by the following day I would be contacting my credit card company to file a complaint and charge back. It was 3 days later when they finally responded ever so brief. "We apologize for the trouble, we have refunded you for the shirt".

This is not a company comprised of professionals or even people that care about customers or customer satisfaction. It is my honest opinion that the shipping error was not made by mistake yet in an effort to capitalize off of the consumer.

What is sad is that I own a retail company and am normally forgiving with mistakes like this as we, on occasion, ship the wrong product. Unlike this company, we own our mistakes and correct the issue immediately.

I would not do business with the company again and suggest others consider staying away as well.

You only had part of the order will not come back

Easy affordable. But I ordered 1 pair of pants and 2 pairs of shorts in one single order. I only received the pants but not the shorts. I was glad the pants came in within 3 days but still waiting on the shorts

The item arrived very promptly, within 4days. It was exactly what my husband wanted.

Place an order with Minnesota Workwear and the item was not available any longer. Minnesota Workwear contacted me right away and gave me a few options. I ended up canceling the order and received my refund right way. I appreciate their honesty and not having to fight to get my refund.

Fast efficient service would recommend

When I buy pants from Minnesota Workwear they come already hemmed! That's a great thing for the needle-and-thread impaired like me.

Fast shipping good authentic products

I have no complaints. They sent me what I ordered and it arrived quickly. Will be using them again in the near future.

Was looking for my husband some of the Dickie work pants and come across your page. I was very pleased to see them and got free shipping! Got the package on Jan. 8th. Just ordered on Dec. 30th. That was fast! I am also looking for the heavy weight duck material in green or tan. (UPC 607645329598)

Orders are exactly as desribed on sight. Package arive in timely maner. Would suggest to others. Mostly because it is hard to find pants in my size. Not all pants in my size but thats ok because these are mainly work pants.
