My 91 year-old husband is an odd size and I first looked through Amazon, and found this company had Chinos (work pants) in what I thought was his size (36X28). When they arrived promptly, we discovered the 36 waist was too tight and I returned them. I reordered size 38 X28 direct from the company (as per Amazon) and they also arrived promptly and were a beautiful fit. Furthermore, they are well-made and nicely finished. I will be a return purchaser.

I have ordered through Minnesota Work wear over a handful of times never been dissatisfied and have always had excellent customer service response!

To be fair, I ordered an item that's probably in high demand during the winter. But, their site didn't say it was out of stock and my card was charged the day I ordered. I tried to track the order a couple of times, but all it said was "payment received", and then I got a notice that my order was cancelled and I was refunded. Could customer service not have been in contact with me sooner than a week later?

Tried to purchase a jacket, website said it was in stock. Got an email saying it was out of stock then didn't get the full amount refunded. They should update the stock on the site. Somebody dropped the ball!

Ordered two sets of work uniforms to replace ones I have been renting. Fast service, and the quality of the shirts and pants seems to be very good. True fit.

I was very excited to see that you had the coveralls I was looking for. I placed an order and all seemed to have gone through. Then I received an email saying that the order couldn't ship and I was being refunded. Did you not know my order was going to work when I placed it? They did send me a coupon for my next order, but all I want is the coveralls which apparently they can't ship for some reason. Guess I will try someone else.

Rather embarrassing to send an order that is unacceptable. Wrong shirt, wrong size. Right jacket, wrong size, with a defect in the stitching.

Before I even had my order in my hand I had recommended this site to a few people whom I believe would spend loads of money on work uniforms. I hope they get what they ordered first try.

I will say the website is very nice, well organized and very fluent. Prices are also great and best on the internet from my extensive research. Shipping was very fast and well boxed.

1. You charged my Visa account for the product I ordered before the order was shipped.
2. You then failed to ship the product. You should have known if the product could be shipped before you charged my Visa account.
3. You notified me that my Visa account had been credited for the amount erroneously charged and I am still waiting for it to show up in my Visa account.

I ordered two pair of overalls. I received one pair, but not the other and have not heard anything about the other pair. The order was paid in full and I have not received any reimbursement for the second pair.

I ordered 2 pairs of work pants on Sunday 12/21,2014 and they arrived on Christmas eve in time for present for my son,.

When I ordered a jacket, in stated it was in stock on the website. Then later I received an email stating it was not longer in stock and my credit card would be credited with a refund. I wish I had know the jacket was not in stock at the time of placing my order. My credit card was credited, which was good.

Nice item, but make sure you order the right color. I sent 2 messages within minutes of my order that I made. I made a mistake of the color and wanted it changed. I got no response from my messages. Customer service said that they could do nothing about it to change my order to a different color. I got what I order! Shipping took one week for delivery!
Not happy with their ordering. I feel that I should be able to change the color when you made a mistake in ordering. Yes, it was my fault in my ordering, but I responding within minutes to change it. Yes, I could have sent it back, but had to pay the shipping.
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!

I've ordered from other companies previously, this is one of the worst I've ever dealt with.Period

Great. They were honest about the item I wanted would probably not be delivered by Christmas so I changed my color to what they had in stock and got the item in plenty of time for Christmas. Good price too.

I have ordered from this company several times, and I have never had a problem with any of my orders. Prices are great! and they always have inventory.

It was like magic, I placed my order early morning one day and the product arrived the next day. Never before I have received my orders this fast from any online retailer. The product was as illustrated on site and packaging was good as well. I will highly recommend this retailer....

Placed my order. Site said it was in stock. Email shortly thereafter said it was back ordered for six weeks. Purchased elsewhere!

I ordered some insulated coveralls as a gift for my daughter on a Sunday 12 days before Christmas. My order went through...I thought, but was notified 3 days later that they had cancelled my order because they didn't have it in stock. By then, it was too late to order it from another retailer in time for Christmas. You never get a second chance to make a first impression!

I ordered women's shoes and got men's with no information on how to exchange them.
