I had been a loyal customer of this company for several years, but unfortunately, my experience ended on a very disappointing note.

After deciding not to renew their virtual address service for another year, I clearly informed them in advance and asked for cancellation. Despite this, they charged my account £70.80 without my consent. I immediately contacted them and sent proof of payment.

They later claimed that only £49.56 was charged and refunded — which is simply not true. My bank statement clearly shows that £70.80 was taken. To make things worse, I still haven’t received any refund at all, not even the partial amount they claim to have processed. It has been several days since their last message, and there has been no update or resolution.

Communication has been poor, and after years as a customer, I feel I’ve been treated with no respect or professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
