The shopping experience was good! Your customer service seems a bit slammed, so putting more information on the website (like that packing slips aren't included/gift option isn't needed, etc.) would have sped things a long for me!

I like how the delivery of the items…
I like how the delivery of the items was free. Also, it’s awesome that you get free products when you spend a certain amount. The products come in a timely manner to my doorstep. So far, I don’t have any new stretch marks after using this product.

Product Line Update Confuses Me
If I was looking for your current products, it would likely be 5 stars. Though I am still confused as the products I have come to love we nowhere to be seen. And it doesn’t seem that there are direct product replacements. I’m hoping that what I did find ends up working though didn’t find anything that seemed to resemble to Double Buff exfoliate. And therefor am going to look for something outside of your product line. Which makes me sad.

I ordered the jumbo size tummy butter &…
I ordered the jumbo size tummy butter & when I received it the butter had been leaking out the top of the lid. When I opened the tub it was all oil on the top of the lotion like it had been sitting on a self for years. I reached out to customer service and we went back and forth. They said they were sending it be internally investigated and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. It’s been 7 days now and I still haven’t heard back. These products are not cheap, and I probably would have let it go if it wasn’t so expensive but I bought the jumbo size to last me until the end of this pregnancy and I have not been able fo use it since I opened it. The communication with customer service absolutely needs improvement.
