Mioskincare Reviews 

This is my first time I order through Mioskincare, the product I bought just had 4 reviews 5 star on each, I still bought 2 of those. Let’s see how many days so I can receive my package. Mioskincare has not yet send out my package I think it too soon though it still not yet 24 hours of ordering.

Very nice products
Used tummy rub oil and butter for both pregnancy. Worked very well, no stretch marks at all.

Now using mio body care products now, my dry skin loves it.
Just stock a bunch, wish they have face care products

My order 296461395 got canceled without any reason. I contacted the help team via chat and the agent instead of helping dropped my chat stating my address is not matching. I assured him (Taylor) that I provided the correct address and ha e received an email confirming my the same. He did not wait and dropped my chat. Then I could not get any one to reply back to chat requests at all. Here I am pregnant and waiting for my creams and there is no one to help me even after charging me money.

Code didn’t work for a product even though it wasn’t on the exclusions list.
I spoke to Sam through the chat app and I was told I could order and then I would be refunded the discount. Thanks Sam.

Great product but when I opened the lid for the oil the inside was all dirty and crusty looking. I emailed the company and they kept ignoring my request for a product exchange. That was pretty disappointing.

Used the Tummy Oil & Butter with my first pregnancy and NO stretch marks, so I am using it again for #2. Love this product!

Ordered a package in good time 6th Feb and provided a delivery date in order to get the pregnancy creams for my wife on valentines day.

Alarm bells started ringing when the delivery date (8th/9th) surpassed. Checked the account and it stated that the products had not been dispatched yet - I did get a free hand sanitizer delivered ever so rapidly. I thought that was nice but not the product i'm after. It was confusing as i thought it was the main product, but it wasn't.

I thought, fair enough there is a cardboard crisis. So come valentines day, nothing. No sign of the product. I'm now worried as I don't have any gifts for my wife.

Got on the live talk with an agent and they were nice and apologetic; very help and quick with responses. I asked to confirm a delivery time but they couldn't do that due to not being able to access another system.

So a failed delivery,
No sign of delivery
Had to contact them to find out the status
They couldn't confirm when they can deliver

The worst thing of all, it wasn't that they couldn't deliver it, it wasn't even in stock. So they had been gathering monies and gambling on our patience to smile at their bottom line and send out when it arrived. If this conversation was in the real world, if you didn't have stock, i'd move onto the next supplier.

This was the worst thing. I bought under false pretense that it was in stock and ready to deliver. This is bad.

CONCLUSION:

Offered £5 discount on next order.
Told them i didn't want to shop at mio any further and if anything i want the money off the current order.
Couldn't do that or increase the discount.

I therefore requested a full refund.

Enjoying my order so far - some of the products are more effective than others but overall they are pretty good!

Maybe others can learn from my mistake. I was so excited to try Mio Skincare and took the risk of purchasing a bundle for which there were no reviews. I had an adverse reaction to the products at first use (no other brands have caused me issues in pregnancy) and reached out to them for help. Not only have I been messaging with their “customer service” since 11/20/2020 (it’s 12/29/2020 today) with no resolution, I’ve discovered they also block all reviews on their site and they block all comments on their social media platforms. Every reply I’ve received has been a canned response without any actual follow through. I’m not looking to bad mouth them but it should serve as a warning that there are no real testimonials allowed on their ads. They don’t do customer phone calls either. In my experience, they are a shady company, at best, but they are looking more and more like a truly unethical company everyday. I’m not going to stop trying to get a resolution to my product issue but hopefully I can save someone else the trouble. Avoid them completely and go for products or a brand with real life reviews. I’ll update this review with tips, if someone actually helps me there.

Update 1/4/2021: in response to this review and the company’s reply, they issued the refund I had requested. I received it today. I appreciate that this matter has finally been resolved.

Used the tummy rub butter my first pregnancy And didn't get a single stretch mark! Started using it now for my second pregnancy. Love this stuff!!!

Truth is, I even haven't had the chance to test the product yet.
Evene though I ordered my pack a month ago, I haven't received it yet.
I think that you should warn your customers about the fact that they will have to wait that long before receiving their purchase (If they ever receive it), becuse I wouldn't have spent 100USD on your product that I never received.
If you say you ship international, you should make sure you really ship international.

Item still not received. Contacted Mio and DHL. Of no real help. Item has not moved since 14 Oct. Should have been here by 23 Oct. Will most probably have a baby and stretch marks by the time it gets here. Very disappointed. This is an item you need at a certain time. If I knew it whould take so long I would have used another product. But now I already spent so much on this!
