Still waiting on my skincare I will probably have stretch marks by the time it arrives IVe spent hundreds and paid for express it’s been 4weeks I have tried contacting mio skincare with no such luck terrible

Order not received.
Multiple emails sent through help desk.
No response a week later almost.
Had full details regarding address + phone number + working from home so always available.

I place order the product since June,14 and suppose to receive within July,03 2020.

Worst service ever. This is my first time ever order from your website and would probably be the last. I was expecting to receive my order a week ago but until now I didn’t and that’s because I don’t know where my shipment is.. when I track my order it doesn’t tell me it’s with which courier and nobody has contacted me yet... I’ve emailed them a couple of times to further assist me but no response .

I was supposed to receive my order on 28 May. Not only have I not received any order , I also got no notification of delays or any status updates. I thought after a good first experience , it would be good to return to mama mio. But it’s just been a disappointment as I don’t have the products when I need them. Give me the products or else my money back please !

I have been a return customer since the beginning of my pregnancy (even before), however, I recently experienced a very horrible shipping experience with Mamamio, which I never experienced before.. I placed an order on May 7th, hoping the product would be arrived before my due date, at least complete the pregnancy journey with Mamamio, but I still didn’t receive the product yet.... my baby arrived but where is my product??
I contacted the customer service several times since May 21st, waited a long time for a response, they asked my detailed shipping address on May 27th, still waiting for the products to be arrived😔 what a horrible experience... not sure who dropped the ball on this..

I place an order on 5/2 and was supposed to be delivered on May 8th and it was sent back due to insufficient address even though it had my correct address. I've contacted customer support through Facebook since no customer service # to call, gave order # and email and haven't heard anything. This is awful! Horrible customer service. They just charged my card and no product or response. Never ordering again from their site.

I ordered the second trimester bundle with the body oil, lotion, and leg rub. So far, I haven’t used the leg cream, but all other products are great. I love the smell and feel of the oil. I also am very pleased with the lotion. The products were delivered so quickly! Will purchase again.

I spoke to some one called Taylor on chat today regarding some help with my order as I had accidentally put in wrong email so I couldn’t receive my order confirmation! So thank you for your help today you have been wonderful :)

The tummy butter rub- love it! Smells amazing! I have been using this my entire pregnancy. Super moisturizing and helps prevent itchy skin. I only apply it once a day after I get out the shower. Every pregnant person needs this products.

Megamama- body lotion also super moisturizing and great smells. I haven’t been using this every day but I do like using it after I shave my legs.

Pregnancy boob tube- so this product was a disappointment for me. I was not a fan of the smell of this product. In fact it reminded me of sour milk. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Love the skin tight, if you use it for a couple of weeks you will notice a difference - it helps alot but is too expensive to maintain.

I've only just started using Mama Mio products. I was quick to learn the shipping process is absolutely horrendous. I made my very first (and last) order 22 days ago and I'm still waiting for products to arrive.They advertise that shipping is 3-5 business days and upon my purchase I was told 3-5 days. I received the first part of my order 11 days after ordering only to find that one item was missing that was listed on the packing slip. I am still waiting for the second half of my order (22 days later and counting) and still waiting for my replacement item that was supposed to have been in the first half of my order. Luckily, customer service has been great.
I will not re-order simply due to the fact that this company cannot stand by or even get close to the shipping standards they state. I will find another company with 'no nasties' to spend my money on.

Terrible customer services. I ordered a number of items almost a month ago and have not received them. Tracking shows that they are help up for some reason and I reached out to your customer services a week ago and still have not gotten a response. Worse online purchase experience ever.

I have been using the mio body sculpting cream for about a month now and have to say I am pleased. I have damaged belly skin from child birth. Stretch marks and crepe, and stretched out skin. I eat clean for the most part exercise which does help ladies however I needed that extra punch. I read the reviews and the product description and decided to give a try. Well although I would need nothing less than a tummy tuck to get my belly back to its original shape let’s keep it real, this has helped some. I absolutely love the fragrance and do see a difference in the appearance of my skin. So conclusion... I will continue the use of this product. I also use the clay scrub, another product I like. I recommend. Thank you mio

It took about 2 weeks before I received the belly butter. I think the consistency is a little too thick and a little hard to spread over the belly but I like that it is made without all the harmful chemicals. I am also not a big fan of the scent. I wish they had one that was unscented. But I may not be reordering again because i can't justify the steep price tag for what the product really is.
