They don’t have deep enough pockets and bottom sheet is not long enough to go correctly over deep mattress. You need a vise grip to get the corners on and after only 3 washes it is ripping in the corner . I’m going to have to throw it out .

The very best thing to say about my experience was the first night sleeping in the sheets! They arrived promptly and went straight on my bed. Didn't do anything they said they would do. Didn't keep me cooler. Still had to wash just as often. Didn't sleep any better. Very pricey and no better than my cotton sheets. They wrinkle badly and don't look good. I called to get a refund and it is only a 30 day refund policy so they said I was past the return window. I would be happy if they would just refund the whole price.

Don’t waste your money
I feel completely misled. These sheets are rough and not at all what I would expect at this price point. Definitely not “cooling”. These are hotter than my 1200-thread count sheets at half the price. I made the mistake of reading reviews on their website and feel those must be as false as their product advertising. Don’t waste your money.
UPDATE: The company reached out and addressed my concerns quickly. They have made things right with me and I appreciate their willingness to learn how they can improve. If a company is this dedicated to their customers to find out details and commit to improvement, I’m willing to give them another try.

Well worth the money

Bad product and experience …
I bought several of these expensive sheet sets in winter 2024. I used them regularly and the fitted sheet in the older set started tearing in July. I contacted customer service since there is a warranty and they said they would send a new set. I thought that was awesome! EXCEPT when the sheets arrived they were a totally different material and color! I contacted them again to ask why they were different and about 2 weeks later after multiple emails, they told me they didn’t have any control over what fabric shipped out and that was the old fabric they had sold (Gen 1). So I asked what I could do to get just a matching fitted sheet. Now several weeks and emails later, still no response. Horrible service! Obviously the product is defective as well and the warranty is worthless without providing a replacement that matches what I bought. Very disappointing since I spent over $500 and had recommended to others.
