Well I haven’t received my sheets yet I just ordered them yesterday I’m a 100% disabled veteran and have a lot of trouble sleeping with my disability’s I cough a lot due to my disability’s and am hoping these will help. But when I tried to order them it said there was a problem with my card and to use another card or try that one again so I did and it went through but when I got my conformation there were two things that I didn’t order and when I looked at my credit card statement they charged my card twice I am 79 and not to good with this stuff but I sent them an email telling them what happened and they got back to me and said it would be 2 or 3 days do to the backup so today I saw a number to call so I called and it took a few minutes but got a lady from customer service and I must say it was a great experience I told her about being billed twice and that there were 2 things on my order that I didn’t order well I’m not good with names but she made my day she stayed on the line with me for about 15 minutes and couldn’t have been nicer she redid my order and took the 2 items I didn’t order off and they are going to refund them and already sent me a notification that the other charges on my credit card would be taken off within 3 to 5 days. If the sheets and pillowcases are as good as there customer service I’ll be so happy and again I forgot her name but thank you for making my day👍

Received my order within a week just as promised. Company kept me advised when to expect their delivery. Loved the color‼️

At first I was having issues ordering the sheets, the website wouldnt take ANY of my credit cards. I contacted the banks representing the cards asked if there was a block, no block on my end for each credit card. I thought the company was a scam. I was trying to send them messages regarding my order and asking for help. Messages came back undeliverable, I finally spoke with someone she suggested I use pay pal and it worked. My first order was not received, I called in made a complaint about not receiving the sheets they sent me a new one immediately. I ordered the Miracle Brand Self-Cooling, Self-Cleaning Sheet set. I received a free towel and 2 wash rags. They was very thick and soft. The sheets when I opened them felt cool to the touch and very soft. I usually get so hot with certain sets of sheets, I cant even sleep. Its very hard for me to find the right sheet set, until I got these. I would definitely reorder these sheet sets.

The only way to leave any kind of feedback for this company's products is here. They claim they will refund the cost of the items if you aren't satisfied within 30 days. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to file any kind of complaint or negative comments. These sheets will NOT fit a mattress that requires deep pockets. This is not stated on their site. My mattress is a thicker one so these don't fit properly. They claim that the material is soft after washing. Frankly, 100% cotton is softer. Save your money and buy sheets elsewhere.

These sheets and comforter are Amazing! So Soft and Comfortable! It IS like sleeping at a 5star Hotel every night!

I ordered the Miracle Brand sheets in queen size, nice color of sage, smooth and soft even after washing but a little wrinkly after drying but smoothed out nicely once on the bed. Great elastic corners, fit well under mattress and all the way around. I usually sleep hot and I think they are helping and they don’t smell sweaty after using for a week. Nice I will be ordering more.

Wow I was surprised, these sheets are as advertised. I purchased the sky blue extra lux. They are soft, cooling and I am sleeping better. Unbelievable!!!

I have never spent this kind of money on a set of sheets but oh my….. these feel heavenly! I will get a second set!! Easy to order. Even the week time in delivery was worth it!

We use the sheets for the first time last night and they were fantastic. There were no night sweats or clammy sheets or bunching up it was incredibly comfortable and felt very Heat regulated. They're very comfortable. I have one criticism which is that the pillowcases need to be about an inch or two longer. Both of our pillows are sticking out the ends of the pillowcases. But other than that they're fantastic and I slept very deeply I think because of the sheets.

I bought from Miracle Brand during a flash sale. After just a couple of nights, my sheets had runs in them and looked awful. I bought an extra set of pillowcases- 1 was premium. After washing, I noted that all 4 pillowcases were identical. For shame! I never even opened the second set of sheets or the two duvets. I contacted the company asking for a return. They told me I would get a lable by email. It never came, and I contacted them many more times, each time they told me to wait. Well, I got pushed out of the 90 day return window and now I'm stuck with $400 worth of unusable product. I've left reviews and comments on social media- they are always removed.

High price for a low quality product. I bought the sheet set during a flash sale thinking okay this is still a lot, but I’m getting a decent deal so maybe it’s worth it. I’ve been using the sheets for a lil over a year now and half the pillow case threading has already come loose, two of them have tiny pulls in the center, and the sheets have started to show significant wearing already too. I have sheets I bought from cheaper box stores almost 10 years ago that are in better shape. I added some of their towels too to give them a try, very basic and not as soft as they claim. Also, their bath towels are smaller than a standard size. Definitely not worth the money and won’t ever be buying anything from this company again.

Horrible experience. They somehow Sent the sheets to wrong address, wrong state even! Will not take responsibility, will not refund my money and customer service is useless. They keep writing for me to contact the carrier and let them know what they say?!?! I will be disputing the charges to see if that works. I have 5 emails begging them to refund and they won’t. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I suggest anyone reading to do same.

Something in the fabric caused my eyes to sting,burn and swell.

The Miracle Brand company is very efficient in their deliveries. Product is very easy to use.

Disappointed with the quality does not fit well to the matress, bunches up. Did not help with cooling and not smooth on the skin. I think they over exaggerated their claim. I found better quality for less money elsewhere that really feels smooth and keeps you cool, thats what was important to me. My problem I guess, I really should have read more reviews first I thought if I spent more money I would get better sheets, wrong assumption. Did more research and found what I was looking for this week and love them and they were under $70. YAY FOR ME.

Best sheets ever! My husband constantly raves about the softness and sleek texture. Thanks for a great product that makes our nights better!

Our first set of”pilled” after a couple of months. We were able to exchange them. A few months later they have pilled again and I noticed a large rip in them. Never have I had a ripped sheet! I have reached out to them and will update this if and when I get a response.
UPDATE: The company has very kindly offered to exchange these. I requested a different color thinking maybe that may help. I had gifted a set to my daughter after we purchased ours. I just checked with her and she said hers are “pilling” too! Hmm not sure about these.

I purchased these sheet 8/2024. They were in rotation with 3 other sets of sheets ( meaning i didn't even use them constantly) and they ripped already. Less than a year. Supposed to be so well made? Don't waste your money. I have sheets from Costo that have lasted me longer- and cost alot less
