My previous Mira shower lasted 13 years…
My previous Mira shower lasted 13 years without any issues showing great value for money. I was so impressed with my old shower I thought I would replace with another Mira shower. Though not exactly the same model, I am very happy with my new shower.

Great service on elements handset
When I rang about my failed elements mixer I didn't expent an engineer the next day. I had good emails informing me of Andrew's arrival time and they were spot on. Engineer used shoe covers upon entering my home and was polite and very civil throughout. The repair took no longer than half an hour and he seemed knowledgable and efficient - a great ambassador for the company actually. It is a real shame he actually had to repair a relatively young product but the service experience was so good I'm not inclined to go anywhere else! Engineer was called Andrew from Wales.

Had a faulty shower that kept dripping…
Had a faulty shower that kept dripping after being turned off. Upon discovery we called the help desk which was very supportive and booked in an engineer visit within the same week. Lenny came to fix the fault, he identified the issue and fixed on the spot. In addition he explained the fault to me and how the shower functioned. Great service.

Top guy. Came in with very professional attitude. He was super helpful and gave me insights to the shower. He resolved my issue and kept me informed through every step. E.g. "you now don't have water, I have turned the water back on, I have just tested your temperature, etc"

A Mira Engineer attended today to try…
A Mira Engineer attended today to try to resolve an ongoing issue with hot water pressure in my new build property (Persimmon), an issue I have been experiencing for over 6 weeks. Dale the engineer explained the issues with the water pressure readings, the working of the shower cartridge and how this affects the boiler output coherently and professionally. However, he was unable to resolve the issue as the 6L valve cartridge fitted by the developer to their spec is not sufficient to combat the water pressure available in the area and as the whole product including matching shower head was not installed, this compounded the issue.
