Excellent and efficient
Our shower started leaking when switched off and our bathroom fitter directed us to contact Mira as it was still under warranty. I spoke to Megan who was so apologetic, friendly and helpful. She arranged for Philip, a service engineer, to come out the following day and sort the issue. The entire process was seamless and we received great service from everyone involved! Thanks 🙏

Michael / Bristol did a super job being prompt and punctual. We now have a new shower that works exactly as we're used to. We were also told of the subtle changes now in place.

High recommendations for mira the gentleman Peter who called to fix my shower this morning held great communication with when the appointment he was extremely kind, helpful on how to use the shower correctly and very work efficient. He wore shoe covers without prompt which I liked which some trades don’t do.

I had a very good experience with the plumbing work
I had a very good experience with the plumbing service. The work was carried out by Philip, who was professional, friendly, and efficient. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and completed the work to a high standard.
He explained everything clearly and made sure the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Philip for any plumbing work.

Daniel from Wakefield came to repair our Mira electric shower, and we were extremely pleased with his service. He completed the repair very quickly and was incredibly kind, polite and friendly throughout.
He also took the time to explain how the shower works and went through all the important safety measures with us very clearly. We really appreciated his professionalism and the care he took to make sure everything was working safely and properly.

Twice Mira showers have been brilliant!
Twice we have called Mira showers with in warranty issues. On both occasions the service has been outstanding. Very helpful and polite customer service staff. We were kept up to date all along, notified the evening before the call out with a time slot window. Following day a call from the engineer to confirm time of visit. All fixed in no time. Mira have been superb, highly recommend them.
