I have been using for a few month this amazing recoding program, and is the best, you can stream to twitch and they have an active support!

Mirillis has been around developing multi-media applications for the digital age but the most notable (and if I must say,) and great leap is with "Mirillis "Action!"" game recording software. To date I can't see any review that bested "Action!" in this category (well, I think). Action has plenty of settings and tweaks that will keep the user happy whether it be of the highest quality of his recording or (say,) the best possible balance of better quality with a low file size. The inclusion of live streaming gives the user more mileage as the program itself teems with a lot of tools, options and settings for a better video recording experience with everything the user needs to create HD quality recorded videos at honorable frame rate.

One thing worth mentioning is the customer especially with issues you may encounter as you use "Action!" Support team is ready to reply to any queries and issues and also they have their own forum where if you have issues while using the program the most probable thing is that it may have been experienced also by a a user thus the help and solution is there atop having to learn tips and tricks from other users. Without a doubt "Action!" is what makes Mirillis shine.

Also I wish is that Mirillis Team would "also" concentrate on improving "Mirillis Splash!" which has not been updated since 2017. There are very good competitions out there (and we all know the free ones fair good also, like the popular VLC Media Player, Pot Player and KM Player). The free version cannot actually fair with the ones mentioned above (like for instance Splash Free has no subtitle support) but the Premium version should be at par or go beyond popular paid applications like Cyberlink's PowerDVD. If the the development will be the same and as effective as Action then I bet it will be a real player on that field. Well knowing first hand of the great support and forum community they have "Mirillis Splash!" can make waves once Mirillis starts to update it (but then again, if only, but they really should!).

Best recording software experience , I can record with high quality level , without loss of fps and better cost benefit of the market and Recommended for new customers for great future experiences.

I am a huge fan of Mirillis’ “Action! Recording Software” after trying countless other softwares with my computer nothing was working out. After discovering Action however, it works beautifully on my PC. No lag or low FPS and has an incredible GUI making the product easy to use and effcient!

They were kind in support and their programs are Epic

I was looking for a software that can record anything in my desktop including video recording while in game until I bumped into to Action!. I tried the 30days trial and I loved it! Tried other desktop recording software but this one is what I will buy, for sure! Everything in this software is totally user friendly.

The video recorder is clear as an eagle. The price is great. I recommend it for all ages.

I have been using several recording programs of the competition (some of them worked well for me), but the simplicity of configuration and the great potential of possibilities (now allows to record the webcam in different track) of "Action!" I simply fell in love....

On the other hand (very important for me), the technical service is exceptional; I had to open 2 support tickets that solved me in a very short time.

This software is not limited to just shooting the screen of the personal computer, it will be software specialized to leave information on the current personal computer such as only sounds and screenshots. I have used other capture software variously, but the UI is simple and it can set up to a fine place, but the operation itself is not difficult. It is very convenient software. The most important thing is that customer correspondence is very good. Even when there was a problem that it becomes impossible to start up after updating, support was enriched enough that it took about three days of interaction, had the problem uploaded a new version that was fixed, and started up successfully It is. I think that there was never been so much support so far with other software.

I was experiencing some problems with the sound in Action! I contacted Mirillis support team. I received a quick reply and soon we figured out that I just forgot to enable the system sound recording in the main settings. The issue was solved immediately and I think Mirillis support is a great example of what good customer service should be. Thanks again guys!

The software I bought (Action!) is frequently updated, and new features are added which is nice - the license is lifetime, and I don't have to pay any extra money for any options, or for upgrading the software to a newer version.

I had some problems with a Mirillis Action! recorder after some Windows updates, but the issues were quickly fixed in the new versions of the software.

It is a shame I have had to write a poor review of Mirillis. Please note, that when I paid and downloaded the 'Action' software it worked absolutely fine for the first few days.

However, after a few days it failed to open on my laptop. I have since contacted the company several times (once to rectify the situation, and then after becoming frustrated that I paid for software which wont open I contacted them for a refund). It is during the latter that I experienced awful service, hence the 1 star review.

It had only been about a week since buying the software that I asked for a return and refund. However, the 'customer service' team are completely avoiding my request for a refund, and in my opinion are being very rude about giving me one. Instead of just giving me my money back (which isn't unreasonable as I have unusable software - and is within reason of the Consumer Rights Act 2015), they are instead emailing me telling me their software is fine. We are literally going around in circles, avoiding the refund.

I am disgusted by this service.

I would like to reiterate, that whilst the software was working it was great software. So, if you don't have any issues with the programme on your PC/laptop then you shouldn't have any problems. It is when/if the software goes wrong that the issues seem to arise.

I will now be contacting Paypal to see if i can get a refund that way. I will also be contacting Trading Standards.
