ordered on Monday and it arrived the following Monday. Exactly as described and what I wanted. The sales team/fitters were very helpful in answering questions and the delivery driver was great. I really liked that it did not come with any packaging - both eco-friendly and made it easier to check the mirror.
Will use them again if I need another large mirror cut to size.

I was not intending to leave a review but because I am very pleased with the quality of the glass I ordered I think it's fair to leave a good review. I would have given a 5 star though if info on the website about turnaround time was more clear and accurate.

Wanted a rectangular mirror with rounded corners. Not an option on the website but asked anyway and pleasantly surprised to hear they could do it. Quality product, delivered on time with no packaging (great). Good value. Would order again.

Please read reviews this company takes money and no items sent don't answer email or phone paid 20 pound for delivery and told might come next week when already waited 2 weeks disgusting don't use this company DHL or hermes dpd would bring the mirror for half that price next day so why take so long don't know iv had to take out visa dispute against them

Ordered a large mirror for a space in house. Ordered via website. Customer services confirmed delivery & driver when en-route.
delivery received . Be aware as stated on website no packaging, but the delivery van well equipped for storing of mirrors.
Best to have someone to assist and make sure space to store mirror prior to hanging. Website easy to use.
Competitve pricing. Delivery driver experienced and professional. Took just over 14 days from start to finish to receive. Quality product.

I placed an order for 2 large mirrors- 182x182 and 182x120 for a gym room.
Ordering from Northern Ireland and had zero success over the course of several weeks of finding any local companies or mainland UK companies who would deliver to us.

After ordering I was expecting a call to say “apologies we have had to cancel”. This never came!!
I had several chats with the customer service team who were 10/10.
Within the space of a week a parcel arrived with the special mirrorfit glue. The following day a delivery driver arrived with 4 expertly wrapped gigantic mirrors. I believe all credit here must go to the Logistics team (Cory and Jamie!) who packaged the mirrors so well.
These giant mirrors survived the Irish sea and arrived completely intact- super price, super product , fast delivery and really couldn't have been better parcelled up!
Very impressed.

Shocking service. The mirror was delivered whilst nobody was home, left sat on the doorstep without a box, or any form of protection. It was delivered literally as a sheet of mirror with a few blue squares of sponge on the front (these things are no bigger than 1 inch so offer no protection). Whilst left outside for the duration of the day it was stolen from outside my house whilst I was at work.

Having spent £17 on shipping, it seems none of this is spent on any form of packaging or guaranteed delivery service.

Queried this with the company and no sense of ownership or accountability for my missing order - attitude of staff is horrendous. Offered to re-send my order, and if I wanted it in a cardboard box (assumed that would be standard!) then it would be a cost of £20+VAT.

Advise against this company, and won't be using again. Out of pocket and nothing to show for it!

Very good, mirror was exact size ordered and perfect condition, it is clear that it comes with no packaging on the website for a reason so don't be surprised, would of gave 5 star if there was an answer to my email asking expected delivery, so rang them and lady was very nice and answered my question.

Had 2 large mirrors recently. Both good quality and overall very pleased with the product. Review would have been 5 stars if I had a call or email advising delivery. Other than that would recommend.

Excellent. Good product, on time. Good fitters. Quick and easy, job looks great. Professional use of laser measures for fitting, care for the property. Fitters were Rod and I think Paul (if memory serves!)

It was left outside from 08:10 in the morning until I got home at 12:00. The fixings were in a small bag thrown on the ground next to the mirror.

Awful delivery service! Not only do they expect you to offload it with them, there is no protection to the mirror so you need a spare price of carpet apparently to store it on the floor unless you are installing it straight away….. this was at 7:15pm after trying to the same with my wife earlier on in the day.

Fantastic mirror, good quality and the speed of delivery was ordered on Wednesday evening and it arrived on Friday ,
Didn’t 5 starts purely for no contact prior to delivery and 6ft mirror was left in a pebble drive , no packaging other than plastic corners,

I ordered my long narrow mirror online Friday lunchtime and it was delivered by a very helpful gentleman before 9am the following Tuesday. The dimensions were exactly as requested and the quality excellent
I found the videos/information in the icons on the website very helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Mirrorfit were the cheapest price I could find anywhere for a large plain mirror.
Ordered online, it was ready in 7 days. I was a little worried as I opted for collection not delivery, given the price. However, it was extremely well packaged and survived the journey to Kent! (Even the mirror adhesive is good value!).
I can thoroughly recommend them and would have no hesitation using them again.

I ordered a custom mirror size and received it 3 days later, the speed and quality was very good as well as being good value for money. What would be helpful would be information on delivery times (there was none). The product comes with minimal packaging which I think is very good.
