Brilliant service, great product at a really good price. Would definitely use this company again. Fast delivery and I love that the mirror didn’t have loads of packaging, made checking it quicker and much better for the environment.

Recently created a home gym in our back garden (a garden hub/cabin). Used Mirror Fit to install 5x mirrors (5 foot by 3 foot). Did a totally fantastic job. Great communication and advise (I don't buy 5 foot gym mirrors every day!) and installation was swift and hassle free.

Strong Recommendation for any jobs that require similar such needs. Really pleased.

Daniel the Mirror Fit delivery dude is nothing short of a real-life superhero. He may not have a cape and mask but he went above and beyond when he arrived with a big cumbersome mirror and not only brought it in and up to the bathroom, he offered some installation tips which turned into him basically installing it for me. What a star - thank you!
And the Mirror Fit staff I spoke to on the phone were very friendly.

An excellent experience from start to finish from my initial call to the office, to sizing and ordering, to delivery and installation.

Paul and Michael who delivered and installed the mirrors were brilliant. Quick, efficient and super friendly. They easily worked around our not so perfect brick walls and the result is fantastic! Beautiful thick 6mm glass with polished edges.

I am over the moon and can't wait to use them again for our next project. Prices are excellent and supply, delivery was within 15 days for some custom measured very large gym mirrors.

Excellent quality mirrors, accurately cut and finished to a high standard. Turn around was quick and delivery speedy. Delivered without packaging but this didn't diminish the quality.

They say delivery in 10 working days, 15 days on and I am still waiting. Every time I email them the delivery date slips further.

I would pick a different company as mirror fit clearly can’t fulfil orders as promised

We have received our beautiful custom mirror within 5 days, Jack from Mirror-fit has delivered the mirror to our flat and he was incredibly kind and helpful, he helped to carry the piece up until our living room. Will order again soon!

Extremely impressed with Mirror fit in Brixton. From my telephone enquiry about made to measure mirror to ordering and picking up the mirror all went like a dream! What a really nice company to deal with, not only excellent value and excellent service but incredibly helpful team, from those manning the phones, the staff in the glass-works and the delivery team. I know this because I dealt with them all and visited them in Brixton, yes Brixton, not Wandsworth!!

I ordered a large mirror, which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, it was marked so I rang MirrorFit for advice. I was extremely pleased to hear that once I had tried to remove the marks as instructed by them, they were prepared to reproduce the mirror. This arrived the following week but was chipped, so I could not accept it.
MirrorFit once again impressed me by remaking the mirror and the third one was delivered in pristine condition and looks stunning now it’s fitted.
Whilst it would have been nice for the first mirror to be perfect, I really feel MirrorFit deserve praise for their customer service and integrity as a company. Their staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend them.

Terrible . I ordered 2 mirrors costing £435. I ordered the antique SILVER.
However when the mirrors arrived they are GOLD.
I called the company and told them of the problem and was told that is the colour. I ordered SILVER they are GOLD...I was told order 2 more , they will come and collect the mirrors and they will knock me 50% off my next purchase ...That means the mirrors would’ve cost me over £600...There are no colours or choices on the website however stupidly I thought SILVER would be SILVER not Gold. I am now stuck with 2 mirrors that do not match my decor as there is nothing they can do !!!! I was told that I could see a video on their website . NO VIDEO .. not on an I phone . I was told I could see samples NOT ON IPHONE..... I believe the owner is unreasonable and nasty . The mirror I have isn’t even antique gold . It looks like a dirty nicotine stained mirror . It’s a poor yellow gold which looks insipid. It looks like a mirror has been left in an old house for 50 years where it’s been filled with smokers and needs a good clean . And for that privilege it has cost me £435..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

It is unfortunate some customers gave Mirror Fit a bad review. The service I received was excellent from Mirror Fit. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star was because my mirror was not delivered on time, as it went AWOL with the delivery company they used. However, a lady called Elaine at Mirror Fit was brilliant in getting a replacement and she kept me informed all the way. I will definitely recommend this company.

I bought a large mirror (1.8 x 1m) from Mirror Fit. They were the cheapest by far at the time. I was a bit worried if the quality might not be as expected. However, my worries were unfounded. The product was delivered in 2 days and the mirror is absolutely beautiful. The gentlemen who delivered the mirror (big Tony) was very helpful. He advised me how to fix the mirror on the wall. Furthermore, he offered me, free of charge, a seal tube of mirror-glue to do the job properly. Thank you. I rarely come across such people. I love U MirrorFit. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service. Ordered a mirror to be delivered a week ago, told me the driver tried to deliver and called - however no missed calls and were at the property all day. Then no reply to 5 - 7 e-mails.
Got through to Michelle yesterday and was basically "Nothing I can do" attitude and "Everyone has gone home at 4pm". Twice was promised to be called back and nothing. And now phone lines are down, which from looking at other reviews seems to be a frequent issue for them.

Ordered a mirror and a week later its at my door. Brilliant quality and quick delivery. Highly Reccomend.
