Cannot rate this company enough, second time I have used them, fantastic product and extremely helpful, delivery driver Dave is an absolute star.

Ordered a made to measure mirror. I am happy with the product however I was disappointed with the delivery service that I paid £14.50 for. I had no call or email to notify me when the product was being delivered but I came home to find it left outside my front door with absolutely no packaging to protect the product. I rang up to explain this to the company but they were a bit dismissive & didn't appear to care.

If I could give this review a 0 star I would. 2 cracked mirrors arrived one after the other. We were then asked if a refund or 3rd mirror was wanted to which we confirmed a refund would be required. This was all agreed until JAMES BLAKE (owner) argued for 3 hours in a disgusting manner. Calling us liars and arguing as if we were drunk and disorderly and went against his companies word and wouldn’t refund.
This will now be taken further.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Doing research and speaking with people within this sector JAMES BLAKE is known as a FRAUDSTER..
Stay clear of this business along with Mirrorfit & Fitted Mirrors and Glass.

Ordered a 166 cm x 111 cm 6 mm mirror online after discussing gluing options on telephone. They use Tuffnells couriers to deliver outside of M25 who broke the mirror. Cath in the office was brilliant - she chased it up and organised a replacement delivery in under 24 hours. Great service and attention to detail. Fully recommend.

I’ve had really poor service with this company. We initially ordered 4x mirrors with a width of 4mm, and only after they’d been delivered and our builder had been round a few weeks after we realised they’d actually delivered 6mm. This made them too thick for their required use, so we rang to order replacements.

We were told that the replacements would be delivered on Monday 30th, with the old mirrors being picked up on the same day. I stayed in all day and took a day off work to be at home for this delivery; by 1pm I hadn’t heard anything, so rang to find out if they knew how long the driver would be. It’s only then that I was told that due to delivery drivers not turning up to work that day, that we wouldn’t be getting our order delivered. I appreciate that this can happen, but it would’ve been nice to know beforehand so I didn’t waste a day off work.

I rang back the day after to find out when our new delivery date would be. I was told that it would either be Thursday or Friday, and I asked that they give me at least 24 hours notice so I can arrange to take yet another day off work. It’s now Saturday and I haven’t heard anything at all. I’ve tried calling their “24 hour helpline”, no answer. I’ve just emailed requesting a callback, so hopefully this will get sorted out, I’m just really disappointed that I have to chase after them for an order and pick up that should’ve been done on Monday.

Mirror was delivered outside of the flat, as the property was empty. We didn't get an email or a call to say it was on it's way the day before or on the day. It was an expensive mirror and it could've been stolen or damaged. Mirror was exposed with no packaging. Regardless of the speedy delivery, not happy with its service. The only email we recieved was a confirmation of an account being open. Account on website still says the delivery is still pending when obviously has been delivered. After writing up the review, got an immediate response requesting the order number with no option to reply just so that potential customers can see that they have at least actioned upon this.

Mirror ordered 24th Aug, told delivery would be 3rd Sep. Waited in all day and no delivery, rang and asked again now delivery changed to 10th Sep. Terrible service, no apology or excuse.

Was using this company for couple times. Everything's works well will definitely use them again.

I have just had my 11 ft tall hallway mirror installed by two brilliant fitters. Very professional and very friendly. They are a credit to Mirrorfit.

The mirror itself - one word - FANTASTIC. Absolutely love the quality. It has added the much needed character to my narrow hallway, making it appear both much lighter, wider and longer. Will definitely recommend Mirrorfit as the 'go to' firm for bespoke mirrors. A very happy customer.

I ordered five large mirrors. The staff and drivers were a pleasure to deal with,with human and friendly communication throughout. The website is superb. Type in your measurements and you're done, with a quote. The excellent quality of mirror for the price cannot be faulted. And delivery to central London for a very good price. Best company I've dealt with in a long time. Very glad I found them.

We ordered a mirror and demister pads on the 21st May. The mirror arrived in 3 days and we were told the demister pads would come direct from the supplier, they still have not arrived over 3 weeks later. We have followed up a number of times and our calls and emails are no longer answered. Not sure if there is a problem with the supplier or mirror fit, or both. We've had a mirror in our reception room for over 3 weeks waiting for the demister pads to arrive.

I placed an order on 17th May and paid. After receiving the initial invoice and order confirmation. I haven't heard anything. Tried calling all the number I can find for them and they all ring out!!

Perfect mirror which fits the gap in our bathroom. We messed up and foolishly took the foil off the back (which we'd paid extra for to protect the mirror from water damage) and Mirror Fit were so so kind to send us some extra foil backing for free which would arrive the next day. Thank you so so much, incredible service and so helpful!
