Decided to try Misfit Peeling Foot Mask. Followed instructions on the pack, however, currently on day four and nothing has happened. Disappointed.

What a scam, bought some items and waited a while. 3 weeks pass and I receive a message saying they've been shipped.
They gave me a tracking number that continued to say "invalid tracking number". I contacted them and they said they'd look into it.
They advised me not to reply to their email as my complaint would be seen as new and put to the bottom of the complaints procedure....it was a month so messaged again and still haven't heard anything.
It's been 3 months since I ordered. Waste of time and money

Worst company avoid! Ordered got a fake tracking number and no item tried contacting them multiple times no response, delete comments on social media don’t waste your money, have to go through my bank now to get my money back

I bought the blackhead mask, and it didn't work for me. The worst thing though that when I complained to Misfit on messenger, they told me they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it and they blocked me on messenger so I couldn't write anything back. I wrote on their facebook wall, letting people know of my experience with the product, but they deleted my comment after 2 minutes. That is when I realised the reason they only have good reviews on their website is because they delete all the bad ones.

Their foot pads are a con do not waste your money.

AVOID - I HAD TO GO TROUGH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!

In nutshell - Order item (said it with be 2/3 days, 8 days later no item, emails them and they said they will contact Hermes. I told them to forgot it to which the agent said he would contact Hermes to cancel parcel if they ever find it!!! So in other words it was lost. Was told I would get my money back..... 9 days later and no money!! Open a PayPal case and also email Misfit Cosmetics who had a cheek to refund money straight away at that point (rather than refunding it through PayPal to seem like it was already refunded) and no apology or response to my email!!
Avoid at all costs but , Ismael products are available from different companies on EBay / Amazon but if you have to buy from them then make sure you do it through PayPal so you are covered!!!

I ordered detox foot pads after reading all the positive feedback on Facebook. Used them and didn't feel any benefits. There was reports of improved sleep, feeling energised and clearer skin. I can honestly say I felt none of these. I left a comment on their Facebook page politely saying they hadn't helped me, this comment was removed a few hours later. That's why there's no negative comments!

Wish I could give no stars... ordered foot pads for my sister not realisingshe already ordered some I wanted to return mine, they would not reply to 5 emails and messages on social media they are a scam... and these are not a genuine product a chemical is put in the pads which reacts to sweat causing the discoloration, please do not be fooled

Received my foot pads and nose strips within a week of purchase. Will be sampling both tonight.

Shipping from UK to Aus was fast and well packaged. Foot detox pads made my skin feel softer and smoother next day. Wasn't black like some but a kinda army green. And in December here we sweat all the time so if moisture was a thing it would be melted hahahah!

Ordered 3 eyeshadow pallets for a birthday gift. They came smashed up in the post. I sent two emails with no response, then I contacted the social media page. The person seemed helpful and told me a new order would be sent that day 5th december. I waited another week and contacted again but was told to email support... Emailed and had no response again. The service is terrible, avoid.

Bought these on a black Friday deal but looks like that deal is on all the time. Bought enough for 8 days in both feet as I read it can take up to a week for the pads to stay clear. Well....they don't work. Have used them & don't feel or look any better. I found they made my feet feel too hot during the night and resulted in terrible sleep. In my view the pads contain green tea & as your feet 'sweat' during the night it brings out that green/Brown pigment from the tea which you see in the morning on the pads & fool you into thinking this is the detox. Waste of money ....hopefully now I can get back to sleeping properly

Got my foot pads straight away within days. However I’m not convinced they work, they also come unstuck.
People are saying they smell when you take them off but they smell before you put them on anyway! And there are loads of articles online to say it’s all rubbish. Any type of moisture turns the pads brown anyway!
I can see why people believe this rubbish though. Another US company were fined 14 million due to false advertising regarding detox foot pads. Sorry to disappoint. If you were thinking of getting these, I really wouldn’t waste your money!

Took my money and I didn't receive my order. Their social media help was non existent saying I needed to email someone called Luke. I never heard back so opened a case on Paypal. They supplied FAKE tracking information from a different order so they wouldn't have to give me my money back. Two months later still no items

As with the other reviews I’m finding this company to be very slow off the mark at dispatching orders and their general customer service is not very good. Replying to emails is easy, relaying correct information seems to be a problem for them. I’m over a week now on an order that has still to reach the courier for delivery, I’ve already contacted the company which prompted them to send me a dispatch notice. 2 days later and the delivery company is still waiting for the parcel that misfit cosmetics claim they dispatched to them 2 days ago and would be sent to me first class. They claimed they had a stock issue, that all customers who had ordered had been notified there would be a delay, I was notified of nothing and was even able to go to their site and order more of the product they claimed they had none of. I believe this is called drop shipping selling a product you do not stock!! I am prepared to wait 1 more working day for this order before I put in for a refund via PayPal. I will not be ordering a 3rd time.

I ordered the foot detox pads. They arrived 2 days after I ordered and were all there and packaged nicely. I've seen others say that their items never arrived or they received bad customer service but I can only give opinions on my experience. I received confirmation of order email and one when my items were dispatched. All in all a good experience. Would buy from again.

Just read a daily mail review about the detox foot pad and there's no evidence they work.JUST A CON. Ive Just wasted my money. DON'T BE FOOLED.

DO NOT order from this company. They will take your money and not send the item, ignore all contact and not even respond to PayPal contacting them to refund the transaction. Luckily I paid via PayPal!! They are a complete scam and should be looked into. Awful company.
