Misfitscosmetics recently had a deal on their blackhead extraction masks- 4 for free if you pay a delivery fee of £3.99 I payed the delivery fee so I was expecting 4. It took over a week to be delivered to my house and I only received one which is now leading me to believe that it was all a con. I have tried to contact them 3 times now and they are not replying to me at all and it's been three weeks since I placed the delivery. I will definitely never be buying anything of misfitscosmetics again

Avoid!!
Ordered my blackhead extraction paste on 28th November and I still have not received it with no communication about the where abouts of my order. I had to resort to commenting on their Facebook and even then they didn’t get back to me, they just blocked me! I have received a very rude email from them but finally got my refund! They say they sent an email notifying customers they did not have it in stock but this was 3 weeks after placing our orders on black Friday! Very badly run company!! Glad I managed to get a refund!
