its a nice service. it just sucks that they have a strict window of when you are allowed to shop (Wednesday-Friday), you don't get to checkout on your own accord (you keep your cart filled above a certain threshold $ amount and then you get charged at luke midnight on the Saturday of that week), they only do deliveries on mondays, and their website doesn't have multi-factor authentication features. that last part is extremely concerning and should be corrected immediately, considering how often data leaks happen nowadays and this website has people's payment info, addresses and specific delivery instructions to enter their homes. please put MFA account security features into your website.

Really respect the mission of Misfit Market. I really value that I can get food delivered and help cut down on food waste. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, with food always arriving fresh and well packaged. The prices are generally competitive without the hassle of going to the store since everything is delivered. I like I can skip delivery on weeks I don’t need food or are traveling.

Misfits goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. We enjoy trying new produce and items we don’t always find locally. I love the options provided and ability to order or not order weekly.

My food gets delivered on time every week to my front door and it's always what I've ordered.

Can't say enough good things about Misfits Market - beautiful organic fruits and vegetables at incredibly reasonable prices delivered fresh, cold and on time. This group is organized and extremely efficient.

I wanted to try them out as I kept seeing advertisements for them and my family and I are trying to eat healthier. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday, waited around house all day and got nothing even though tracking info said out for delivery. I was told to give it till 5 today. It finally showed delivered but showed yesterday’s date on information. You can’t talk to a physical person and now i am waiting on over $100 refund that says can take up to a week. When i go to the carrier’s website for tracking and put the tracking information in , it says not found! Starting to think its a scam

Edited 6/18 to drop the rating and add that I have placed one more order since this review and it is going to be the last order I place with Misfits even though they are literally my only option for some items right now. My orders typically arrive on Wednesdays. On Wed this week I still hadn't received an email notification that the order had shipped. I checked my account and it said the order had shipped Tuesday but when I checked the tracking number at FedEx it only said that the label had been created Monday. I gave it one more day, since it is not unusual for FedEx to keep my packages an extra day, but today there was still no updated information. I emailed customer service and they said that the order had not even been shipped and they were going to refund me and investigate. They also offered me a $5.99 store credit, which I guess is what we're having for dinner tonight.

Shipping materials are not sturdy so the boxes often arrive damaged because the cardboard is so soft or open because the tape didn't stick. They never close the insulated bags they use so the cold stuff spills out and warms up in transit. Most orders I get at least one damaged or missing item. They also only ship fedex, which makes it more likely my food will show up damaged, spoiled, or not at all, since fedex service in my area is terrible. Customer service always refunds and responds quickly but the service itself is just frustrating to use because it's so unreliable. I rely on sites like this for food and am often left without what I need for a week at a time because either they or fedex screwed something up. I only shop with them at this point because I can't order dairy anyplace else online.

In my experience, what Misfits market does is extraordinary. I can order groceries for the week while discovering new products and, with a small minimum expenditure, get free shipping. I can order any kind of grocery (shelf stable, refrigerated) and receive it in the same order/delivery (no completely separate order for frozen). The quality of the products has been surprisingly great. Their customer service is very effective. While I have not yet skipped a delivery, I appreciate knowing I can when I travel.

My experience with Misfits Market has been very positive. I buy primarily produce that I wouldn't be able to get locally. Their customer service is amazing; if I ever encounter issues, they resolve them right away.

They handled my problem with my order fast and with no problem.

Great variety of product. Only 1 late delivery. Prompt response when I reached out to customer service. Trying new items on a regular basis. Easy to order. Difficult to limit over ordering.

Ordering from Misfits Market is such an easy way of getting a great selection of groceries delivered right to your door. I appreciate the ability to choose new items to try and also to buy in small quantities. And , in the rare instance if a mistake in the order, it only takes a quick note snd the problem is resolved. I highly recommend Misfits Market!

I have placed 5 orders. The produce is really good as are the meats. I am impressed at the breadth of selection. Service on the other hand is a nightmare. Two of the orders ended up with crushed eggs. In one instance they got all over everything and much had to just be thrown out because it was such a mess. They refunded me for the eggs. Nothing else. The order I am waiting on now was supposed to be here Thursday. They did not even ship it until Friday. That is fine if I am ordering a book, not food. Pretty ridiculous. I would not recommend the frustration.

Just started ordering a couple months ago and had an issue with one order not being delivered… when I told them about it that fixed it immediately and were very polite and helpful! That’s the only issue I’ve had and I’ve been ordering every week for two months. It only happened once otherwise the food has been great always on time shipments and great customer service!

First things first: It is an intelligent decision to find a way to save money on groceries. I had found Imperfect Produce on Pinterest. I saved their info so I could use them later on. Now, it's Misfit Market. I love the selections of foods they have! All of the food tastes so fresh! Watermelons have been such a difficult produce to find in a ripe state. We kept striking out and we had stopped buying them. I've always had ripe ones with Misfits! The veggies are one of my favorite things to look through and buy. I've bought carrots and it was fun to see them in different colors I'd never seen before. It was even better knowing that because this isn't a "perfectly flawless, orange carrot" I don't have to pay the same price. I love the selections and I love that they get produce in season. The 'junk foods" are tasty as well. Man, I haven't been disappointed about anything I've purchased from Misfits Market. The delivery is timely and they recycle the ice packs and linings given in the delivery box. You can't go wrong shopping here. Do yourself a favor and sign up already. 😉

I love the organic groceries they offer. I love that I am helping keep weird, small, or otherwise slightly imperfect food out of our landfills. This service is perfect for someone like me who doesn't have a vehicle and needs grocery delivery. It's a great service offering yummy and unusual products. Perfect for a weirdo like me.

Sadly starting with negatives but ending on a positive note. I was happy to sign up with Misfits Market because they carry products I cannot always find at my local markets. Through them I’ve found some new favorites. The problems arise with produce. Wonky looking isn’t an issue for me as I grew up with a large garden. Freshness IS an issue. On several occasions I’ve received produce that was already spoiled, mushy and even moldy right out of the box. Second is availability. With a week long shopping window, there’s no way to guarantee the items you’ve ordered will still be available by the time they ship. That said, there are only two possible shipping days, Tuesday and Friday. If I see items available until my shopping window closes, they should be designated for my cart but are not. There needs to be an easy way to provide delivery instructions, especially for handicapped customers (myself included.) Third part delivery services just dump heavy boxes on the floor near the apartment mailboxes rather than bringing it to my door. Now the good. Customer Service is FANTASTIC. They respond quickly and put in extra effort to resolve issues. They helped me navigate the convoluted instructions issue, promptly refund for spoiled products, and do all of the above politely and with a genuine desire to help the customer. My advice? Use them for unique non-perishables, sealed meats, dairy, and hearty vegetables etc, but maybe steer clear of the more delicate produce, no matter how tempting it may look.

This company goes well beyond keeping customers happy.Im very pleased with their service.

Getting groceries delivered to my door, fresh, high quality, reasonably priced is a fantastic way to shop. The selection out does my local grocery stores and the convenience is amazing. No more dragging myself to the market

I would give no stars if that where option way to pricey for the food that you get not good qaulity!
