Received items really quickly!

Decided to only keep one of the dresses so I returned it and received a refund.

The correspondence was excellent also.

The most terrible company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a gold dress from this company which I wore once and all of the gold from the back has peeled off! I have emailed them 5 times, I have messaged on Facebook and Instagram and still not had a response from them. I’m not even asking for a refund, I was asking them to repair the dress which cost a lot of money.
Not only is the dress faulty but I also had an issue when I purchased 5 items but returned two ‘guaranteed & signed for’ whereby after 10 days I hadn’t heard from them. After chasing they advised me they hadn’t received the items despite me posting to address on the sticky label they provided and the track and trace clearly showing they had signed for it! After sending them this proof they conveniently found the package!
If anyone had any ideas how I can get them to come back to me on my faulty dress it would be much appreciated.

I recently purchased a dress but unfortunately had to return it as it didn’t suit me. However it was lovely and great quality so would definitely purchase another style in the future! My refund was handled quickly, overall very happy with my experience.

Great experience with this website, free next day delivery for my large order. I did end up sending a few of the items back (which you have to pay postage for) but these were processed quickly and I received my refund quickly with no fuss.
The items were all a decent quality for the price so I’ll definitely be ordering from Miss G Couture again!

I purchased a dress from Miss G Couture and the delivery was very quick! Unfortunately, the dress did not suit me so I had to sadly return it but they were super quick with the return process. I would definitely shop with them again!

Do not use this company! Absolute shocking customer service, I ordered 3 items, 2 of them only arrived and was charged for three, sent the other two back and never got a refund for the third item after emailing Georgina 3/4 times and even said I would write this review if I did not hear back from them, it's been nearly a month now and still no reply Will! Will not be buying from this company again and I will certainly telling my friends not to order from here too! Be vary wary when ordering from this website!!

Absolute scam of a website.

The dress I ordered came as more like a kimono. It was supposed to be a wrap over dress.it was made with cheap flimsy material, the strings weren’t long enough to wrap, the slit in the middle was up to high. Overall disaster. Overall it cost me €72 between the dress, delivery charges, customs and then having to send it back!

I received an email today that they are partially refunding me £31 which is less than what the dress cost itself. States no where in the product returns or information anything about a partial refund. Only a full refund!

A absolute disgrace all I wanted was a nice dress for my daughters christening day and I was disgusted with what arrived now I have to fight for my money back! If I was given my full refund I would’ve left it but I knew instantly I was gonna have problems getting my refund.

Don’t waste your money On this company and order from a reliable clothing website, that makes good quality clothes and care about their customers because this company certainly do not! I would give 0 stars
