I ordered a blazer then found one similar I had forgotten about. Emailed to get order cancelled and got a reply really quick my order was cancelled. Really good customer service here. Will be ordering soon definitely.

I had an issue on my part by making a mistake on my email though they had taken my money and not going to give me the dress I ordered. Turns out they were minutes within replying to me and it’s on its way what a brilliant service can not Waite to get my dress and order again form this company 😇🥰

I will never deal with this company again. I long since returned their item and almost a month now I haven’t received my refund. They have ignored my emails. The only rapport I received was a cocky Instagram reply lying that they had emailed me back telling me to track the returned item. According to the Royal Mail tracker the item was well received. So despite providing proof of postage and the tracker confirming delivery they have chosen to ignore. Im going to report the matter to the Ombudsman.

Placed an order and paid for next day delivery. After a few days of awaiting the next day delivery, I emailed the company to query where my order was.
I received no response and then a refund.
No explanation whatsoever and needed this for a wedding 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible company I ordered a pink dress which arrived with black marks all down the front, I took pictures and videos and emailed to the company and no response. You shouldn't receive a £70 dress with marks all over it completely unacceptable, will never use this company again due to the complete lack of care and response.

Unfortunately the beautiful dress was too small but I couldn't order a bigger size.
