No issue’s with ordering, delivery or refunding. Clothes were nice and look like the pictures but just didn't suit me. Easy return, easy refund. Pre printed returns sticker was helpful as well.

I ordered an item for Sat delivery but notice that I had put the wrong address one email within 10 mins they had changed the address and the order was being sent out. The item was as seen on screen and the size was correct.

My dress arrived within 3 days & although it was too small and I had to return it, my refund was processed really quickly and I was able to buy the bigger size 😂 Georgina Wilkinson at customer service has been excellent

I ordered dresses from more than 6 online retailers and the quality of the dresses was absolutely SHOCKING!!! Then I ordered from Miss G Couture and what a relief...Quality was great and the dresses actually were like what they actually looked like in the pictures! Keep up the good quality!

Ordered a dress from Miss G Couture and they’ve been fab. The dress was beautiful, just not quite what I needed for the event I had in mind. They dealt with the return quickly and without a hitch. I’m definitely ordering the same dress in different colours for my honeymoon!

Was hesitant to buy after seeing one or two bad reviews but with now actually buying items myself I could not be any happier. Did a huge dress haul as wedding season has arrived and the dresses are BEAUT plus smashing discounts to help! Delivered on time, did send a couple back as I had too many but had no issues and was ACTUALLY refunded the correct amount and very quickly compared to other companies. I think the good reviews speak for themselves.

This company needs investigating.. do not I repeat do not order from this company.
Placed an order when it arrived items were missing and one of the dresses sent was not even a dress I had ordered.
From the four dresses ordered one item was missing and only two were correct and they were the two I kept.
I had to send the dress that I didn’t order back and had to pay for the privilege.. expecting a refund for the returns .. no.. taken yet more money for the shipping..

This company is a UK company ..you can do so much better..
You don’t care about your customers ..your communication is so poor.

Like someone previously mentioned you have now taken money for postage three times .. paying for a return of a dress that I didn’t order ..
A mistake your company made.. have the decency to rectify it …

Will never use this company again! Its your responsibility to pay for your own postage so i payed postage to recieve the item, i also payed postage to send the item back.When i recieved a refund it said partial, so i looked they took another postage charge off me.so ive payed 3 times! In postages.They argued back that i was in the wrong without checking my order number.They have now blocked me on social media for bringing up this query! Im so angry that they stole extra money off me.It shouldn't be allowed

Recently purchased the Ivy- white plunge extreme fishtail bandage dress and am absolutely over the moon with it was stunning and the quality was amazing!

I recently bought a beautiful sequin dress, but needed to return this as it was too big for me (me ordering the wrong size, rather than the item measuring on the bigger side) and i had no problems returning this and customer service team were great to deal with. Will definitely order again! x
