I ordered quite a few items from MissG. They were all really good quality and arrived quickly. I ordered multiple for choice and returned the items I didn't need. The refund was processed within 2 days and back in my account very quickly. I would definitely order from here again

I ordered a pink sequin dress from Missg couture. The dress is beautiful, quality is amazing and it arrived the next day! I had some problem with my delivery address. Wow! I ordered, the Maxine dress from Miss G and it is absolutely amazing! The quality is outstanding. I had ordered the wrong size and the customer service was perfection, Georgina was lovely and very quick to sort out everything! Will definitely be ordering again

I ordered a dress and it arrived with a dirty mark on it. I sent the item back with a note in the parcel asking for my return postage to be refunded as the item arrived dirty. I also emailed them asking the same thing. Not only have they not refunded return postage (I provided a receipt as proof) but they also haven't refunded my £10.50 original postage which should have been refunded whether or not the item was damaged under consumer law. The only refund I have received is for the actual dress and they are refusing to answer my emails and Facebook messages and also ignored the note I enclosed in my returns parcel.

Edit after the reply from Miss G Couture: I only received a response to my messages after I left bad reviews on Facebook and Trust pilot. Before this, they were read and ignored. I still haven't received a refund for my return postage even though the item was dirty when received. I have sent various messages with links to consumer law and they still don't get that they have to follow it.

Further update: I wasn't responded to before I left reviews as stated in my messages back. Yes my return postage has now been sent but hadn't when I said it hadn't. Your terms and conditions have to follow the law irrespective of what it states on your website which they don't. What you decide your rules are doesn't overrule the law.

Very impressed with the experience and quality of the dress I purchased from Miss G Couture. I was looking for a dress to wear on our wedding anniversary while we are staying at Reids Palace on Madeira. The iconic hotel is famous for being pink and I saw the Alexa sequin off the shoulder pink dress online. I placed the order for a small and a medium as I am 5 foot 3 and am either a size 8 (on good days😂) or 10. I added a note to my order saying when I needed the dresses by and chose the express delivery service. The dresses arrived the next day! Both were fab but the 10 fitted better so I sent the 8 back. I received a message today that the full refund for the retuned dress had gone into my account and Georgina personally emailed me to tell me it had. The dress is a good quality and reasonably priced. Delighted to support this small British business. Highly recommend Miss G Couture.
