Loved my purchases, the skirt was too big so sent back and received my refund straight away so was able to order the size down. Very pleased

I ordered a jacket which arrived quickly and was lovely but unfortunately it didn’t fit me very well. I sent the jacket back and within 2 days I received a notification that my refund was being processed. Very good and easy service

I ordered 2 slightly different yellow bandage dresses to see which one I like the best and am keeping them both! I am a size 8 generally and found size XSmall perfect.
Delivery was very fast and the packaging box was so pretty and very high end. The bandage material was good quality and comfortably thick and supportive. The colours were stunning.
I emailed an enquiry about another and got a very polite and prompt reply.
Very happy customer and will be buying more from this lovely company x

Beautiful dress and fast delivery, unfortunately the dress didn’t suit me! The only thing I would say to improve is free returns and free delivery over a certain amount. But overall amazing

HOLY GRAIL BLAZERS. I already have a black and a baby blue one and the only reason I returned a lilac blazer is because the colour didn’t suit me. But these blazers are amazing quality and I have recommended them to everyone I know and always get asked about them. I wear my blazer almost every time I go out. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE

Easiest online purchase I’ve ever done. Contacted the customer service for advice on a dress, received quick & friendly and genuine advice. Received the dress and it was just perfect! Order was shipped within an hour of ordering and delivered the following morning. I’m glad I went with the majority of the five star reviews. Will shop again.

Ordered a dress recently and was worried about the timescale of it arriving due to Christmas and COVID but the service and responses I got were amazing, over and above what you would receive from a standard company. First time ordering from MissGCouture as My friend had a pair of shoes from here that I loved. Unfortunately there was a slight wear mark on the strap from the buckle when they arrived so I emailed the sales team as instructed on the delivery form. I didn’t receive a response so direct messaged on Instagram where a really helpful member of the team got back to me and apologized as they have been short staffed over Christmas. They refunded my money and told me I could keep the shoes as all drop off locations are now closed for returns due to the national lockdown. Can’t say fairer than that! Great service!

Tried to contact via FB and e-mail multiple times...
Didn’t sent item back (because I was waiting for an answer)... <- happy that I didn’t at least I have the faulty dress.. but still wanted to get my money back
