Beautiful and good quality! Perfect service, fast delivery!

I had a really awful experience with Miss G Couture. I ordered clothes and returned them with tracked next day delivery for a refund. Then I had no reply from them for a week. They ignored every email I sent asking if they had got my return and could process my refund. It has been a month and I have not had a single reply from them, my clothes sent back, or a refund- My money has been stolen. Would strongly not recommend ordering from here as they have shocking customer service, and think its okay to keep someone’s money.

Ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived broken (row of jewels hanging off) . Emailed a few times and no response. Given up.
Glued the shoes back together but will never purchase again from here. Sad times.

The order arrived super quick (which good because I loved the design of the jackets that I bought and wanted them ASAP). I was updated with my delivery details and drivers name and exactly when to expect my parcel, and MissG were excellent with this communication.

I ordered mainly size 10's as I have a small-ish waist but do have a bust and wasn't familiar with the fit, so played it safe. I did end up ordering size 8 becuase the jackets swamped me and dint do the design or cut justice. So I would recommend if you have a tiny waist and want your jacket to fit bang on go with the size you would normally buy. I can still fasten the buttons and it isn't pulling across the fullest part of my bust :-)

The team also let me know that they had received my returned order of the items that were too large and a friendly customer service lady even popped her name on the email to me. Nice personal touch. Ihave already earmarked 2 more jackets that I would like and will have no hesitation in purchasing. They all come in a lovely gift box too which is just adorable :-)

Amazing customer service and the delivery is super fast! Love the make up! I’ve got both contour pallets and the highlighters and they are unreal! Love the dresses too the material is so good! Really thick and not see through!! Would recommend!!
