Broken Windows
They showed up on time and cleaned the apartment very well. The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they broke my bedroom window while trying to open it and then lied about it. At least if they were not lying about it I would have given them better reviews.
Update: They got in touch with me and got the windows fixed. I truly appreciate that. They seem to be a professional and reliable company. I totally recommend.

Great clean
The cleaner did a great job and the admin people were very responsive.
They ask for your list of priorities before the clean but the cleaner did not seem to be aware of this. It wasn't a problem, and she got everything done, but it felt like I'd wasted my time - which I was short of - in writing the list.
I also paid £60 extra to have some Venetian blinds cleaned but again, the cleaner was not aware before she arrived. She did a really good job of cleaning them (better than a cleaner from a different company did last year) but I'm not sure why this is charged extra on top of the hourly rate.
