I contacted Miss Maid for an end of tenancy clean. The communication was great throughout the whole process, with clear instructions on what would/wouldn't be covered, and what to expect on the day. The cleaning itself was stellar. I couldn't fault it. Would happily recommend to others.

I paid extra for an oven and fridge clean, just do tv it not to be done which affected my security deposit

DO NOT USE!!! Absolutely terrible customer service.

We booked a moving in clean with Miss Maid, there were two major issues with the booking and we never received the service.

1) Booking cancelled without warning
We booked the clean 2 days before the service was due to happen. When we booked we received an email asking us to pre-authorise a credit card 3 days before the service; given we booked 2 days ahead this was clearly not possible, no further instruction was given as to when we needed to pre-authorise by. 1 day before the booking we received an email stating the booking was cancelled, with no further follow up. We had to call to explain the error was on their part and ask them to rebook.

2) Cleaners did not turn up for the service
We we given a window of 12pm-4pm for when the cleaners would turn up, which is already a very large window. My wife had to take a full day off work to allow for this. We were told we would receive a call one hour before they were due to arrive. When we didn't receive a call by 3pm we contacted customer service, who said they would find out what was happening, but they never returned the call. We contacted again at 4pm and were then told the cleaners were held up and would arrive by 5:30pm. Again, no one arrived at 5:30pm and no contact from customer service. We phoned again to find out what was happening and were only told "we don't know what time they will arrive". We asked if they could come the next day and were told that wasn't possible. At this point we asked to cancel and for a full refund (which was given); however, when we asked for some form of compensation for the poor service and significant inconvenience we were told a manager would contact us, which they never did.

The only reason to use this company is if for some reason you enjoy speaking to multiple people who don't communicate with each other (or you), constantly changing your plans and not having your house cleaned. AVOID!

Had our communal hallway professionally cleaned and I am so happy with the results! Some stains had been there for years and they are gone now. Looks like a brand new carpet. Cleaner was on time and professional. Customer service friendly and responsive.

Good clear service descriptions and add on extras provided. Arrived within the allotted time with good communication on the works to confirm. Cleaning service delivered to a high standard. Overall very happy. No need for the promised revisit if anything were an issue.

Demanded twice the agreed price for the end of tenancy clean, or refused to clean leaving me to find another cleaning crew for the same day. Different company arrived later, cleaned and passed the end of tenancy check for a lower than than the original miss maid quote. Avoid.

When they came to check before giving back the keys, there were surprises how much it’s clean.
