I ordered a part that was on stock
I ordered a part that was on stock. After one week I had not heard anything. When contacting Mister-Auto I finally was told that the part on shock was damaged and they had to get a new. Now, 13 days later I have still not received my part.

According to our system, you have not contacted us at all.
Simply because if our customer received a damaged product, he/she needs to provide us with couple of pictures which we have not received from you.

Having been desperate to get my car …
Having been desperate to get my car back on the road using reasonable prices i came across mr auto. I ordered the parts for my car and paid extra for next day delivery (they have a count down timer stating order within the next so many hours for your order to be sent that day). I waited but the parts didnt arrive, i emailed mr auto, as their telephone customer service is only open from 09:00-13:00 with no reply, i then rang them the day after and they told me my order had been shipped but was delayed, furthermore they stated that they are based in France not Denmark and so the goods would take 2-3+ days! Moreover, they are not sending the parts i ordered for some reason. Another online based company many money out of the E.U.
