Absolutely useless customer service... ordered a Bosch wiper from this lot last week (cost more on delivery than the item in question) only to get a call earlier from a lady 160 miles from me stating that my delivery had arrived at her house...I called these Muppets 8 times and got no response and now have to go to the bank to get refunded through them (which means taking back the money from Mister auto.

Got my hubby a sack truck from here .
Although not car related this truck has been a huge help to the hubby moving heavy objects he loves it !

I ordered a passenger side door handle but when it finally got here it was for the drivers side. Trying to contact them but the website says to fill out the contact form and I can't find one anywhere and no email to get in contact with.

Trying to track order due 2 days ago.
Web site suggests use contact form or email.
Can't find either on their web pages.

I ordered oil filter and air filter engine oil same time only oil came very disappoint no filters customer service crap

All parts was fit for cars , really good prices, customer service was great one issue was delivered wrong filter but it was sorted ,after i call mister auto send right one .

Enter you reg on the site and you get a list of parts for your car that without doubt should fit seen as they are for your make and model. Wrong. This shower of scammers couldnt supply a part that fit if they made it themselves. Ordered 2 gas struts for the boot on a 07 mondeo. Things they sent wouldnt fit an action man car let alone a mondeo. Rubbish customer service. AVOID these like the plauge.

came in cheaper than micks garage and local supplier so said id take a chance. parts came sooner than expected despite lack of customer support email address available and phone number not connecting, so i understand peoples fears, but other than that 4 stars from me as everything was as expected. Would simply advise company to display support email to alleviate people's fears that you will get scammed.

I order a sensor for mazda 6,on the website they said it will deliver in couple of days after 10 days i got a email with my delivery delay and i didn't know when it will deliver.In the end i have to order from eBay.No Customer care at all.

Awful customer service, purely awful, called them * times and email them 2 days ago about returning a part NO reply. ?

based in Ireland, got an English accent, called further to the returns department and the call dropped.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is just awful, is somebody gets in contact with me I will remove this review, somehow I do not think they will!!!

Terrible. Zero contact from them. I ordered a window regulator that is listed on their site as being appropriate for my car. It's an absolute knock off made in china. The part doesn't fit at all. Literally not one aspect of it fits, all are just close enough to look like they will on a visual inspection but when trying to install it the s**t hits the fan at every point. Tried to alert the company as to the poor part so they could stop stocking it, not even looking for a return or refund and have received zero reply.

Do NOT use them.

I found this website on google advertised as Irish company.!!
This is not an Irish company but is french company that operates Irish website and ones you pay for what you want you will get the wrong car part and after you call the tree times to confirm that they send you the right part they still will send you a wrong part!!!
Avoid this french company as they will take your money send you the wrong part wast your time and money!!

The company claims to be Irish but their warehouse is in France. Found out much later once I got tracking details. Purchased rear left light cluster assembly for Audi A6 C6 Avant. Received the wrong one. Checked the order on their website and noticed they changed my order without notifying me. When I tried to communicate with a company there was no reply what's so ever. Had to fill out the return form and they charged me 8 euro for restocking. Still waiting for a refund. Won't use them again for sure. Customer service-non existing.

I have placed an order but have received emails requesting payment. I have forwarded on receipt of confirmation of payment but still have received a further email requesting payment. I then received an email stating the parts I ordered are difficult to source. Phone number provided does not connect and no response or acknowledgement to the emails I've sent. Very unsatisfactory customer service and a bad experience with this company so far.

I want to start that I have bought from mister auto before, and prices and products are generally great. The issue for 3 stars received left-hand car wipers, ordered from misterauto.ie which should already mean its an Irish site we drive on right hand side... Toyota yaris valeo wipers are good quality just annoying wont return as too much hassle, but the page should state or let you choose, after all it wasn't mister auto.fr that I would expect LHD parts from the continent. Watch out service can be improved.

Purchased a radiator from Mr Auto .
Incorrect size which happens .
My frustration is getting in contact via email or phone .. Have tried numerous times calling but no joy . Emailed but emails bounce back as it is incorrect.
Would appreciate any info on getting a correct email address

Ordered Track Control Arm A.B.S. 211985 order no.W62334618 paid €16.95 Premium Delivery Within 24 hrs .Ordered 30th October would be dispatched on 4th November and received on the 5th November. It was dispatched on the 4th November IN FRANCE finally received on the 9th November so much for 24 delivery. Item received and tracking shows it to be in Hinckley (Royaume-Uni). Can't contact them unless you register, customer service ???????

Part doesn't fit.No email address on website for contact.Money wasted. Avoid.
