Great company half the price of Irish sites 👍 bit of a wait for items but highly recommended 👌

So I paid for priority handling and fast shipping on an important clutch part .
5 days later the item was still not dispatched .

After a phone call though i recieved a genuine apology and the part arrived the following day so I was pissed off at first but they rectified it in good faith as soon as I got in contact . Still think I should be refunded the priority charges or at least given a ( stackable ) voucher. Hope my next order will go better or I'll have to give up on Mister Auto

Price is great, delivery reasonable and they have all the parts I can't seem to get anywhere else.

You just need to be aware of what you are buying. I assumed that because it was a .ie website they were operating from Ireland. They are in Germany and often the parts are for Right-hand-drive. It took me a couple of orders to realise that it wasn't a labelling error but that the parts aren't always fully/correctly described on the site.

I have ordered stuff umpteen times without any problems. I like that they stock brand names (unlike local motor factors that stock the cheapest rubbish they can find). Delivery times are not fast.

No hassles in changing, cancelling or returning.

Part ordered doesn't fit the car even though it's supposed to. You won't get through to customer service either. When you ring customer service you get several messages that sound like they're recorded on a toilet. Eventually you'll just be on hold until you give up. You also get a foreign message played over and over even though they pretend to be an Irish company.
I ended up buying my part locally and it fit perfect. The part from mister auto will be going to the scrap as it's a mystery to what car it actually fits.
I've bought numerous parts online from different suppliers and never had trouble with parts or returning anything. Mister Auto doesn't even have an email address to contact them with. I think that says it all.

Pack the items so that they don't get broken and also to be able to contact someone to tell them about it

This company has terable service on refunds I returned some dics that there site said was compatible with my car only to find they were to small and holes didn't line up with nut holes so I called them ok they send me the return information witch I posted back the same day I also had to go out and get another set of dics at a price of €150 thinking my refund would be quick once they got them they received my return on the 19th of August 23 so I contacted them to see about my refund only to be told they had to be shipped from Germany to France and I had to wait 14 days for my refund why O why couldn't they have been shipped to France in the first place beggars believe?? Any way on there site it doesn't say you have to wait 14 days for a refund I have the Proff from there site that says once we receive your goods back you will receive your refund no mention of waiting 14 days and as for there email replies there a waste of time still waiting for my refund but I will never use this company again for anything once I have my refund I will never use again I payed with PayPal even they agree that it wasn't stepalated rite on there site avoid!!!! And have you noticed by the replays from this company to customers that wrote a bad review it's the same robotic answer all the time terable terable service don't bother with ordering anything off this outfit you will be sorry 😐 company ask for more information on my order said they would sort it but they didn't bother shows you what this company thinks of its customers!!

I just received delivery of psg 006 glow plug and it looks like there was second hand unit in the box... I purchased them before and it's not acceptable. Unit is covered in grease.

Just an update.... I have to say that customer service dealt with this situation very well... this things happen and MA sorted everything promptly...Well done

However......
I ordered a door actuator for UK driver's side Model Door Lock BOLK - Ref: BOL-G121008, however passenger one delivered...so my door is now stripped and car unusable. Looking at order, side was correct but photo was actually passenger side and their passenger photo is actually drivers!. There was no email receipt to acknowledge my query which is poor. So I phoned and guy who was very helpful and he explained passenger and drivers terms are reversed as UK v mainland Europe. I have now ordered an paid again for correct part Door Lock BOLK - Ref: BOL-G121009. This is UK drivers side but listed on site as passenger side. Im happy to keep passenger item for when door lock becomes faulty. My issue is webisite does not correctly report items for UK market when they say passenger and drivers side so be warned !. I did receive email today basically saying that they sent the correct model ...which is annoying and wrong as above and I have sent them copies of photos etc. Update...new part arrived quickly...it is for correct side BUT it is incorrect part...has 7 pin connector...should be 9...at no point was this asked .....gonna have to return this one as not compatible...will see what happens next. Saga!!!!

Great service, customer care is first class with quick response times. Non OEM parts such as Bolk have been excellent quality, no complaints after 18 months of use (brake pads)

Prices are very good with delivery in around 7 working days, use Aftership to track orders through the system.

Would recommend.

Why would you send a plastic. Glass part in a jiffy bag ??? smashed to pieces when it arrived

Ordered some parts and still haven't received my order. There is no way to track the order or check the status. They promised delivery certain date and I paid extra for that delivery date. after a week still no delivery. Can't get in contact with them without calling an expensive phone number that is available for a short period of time. Keep away from this French dropshipping company.

second time ordered something , but it takes ages for delivery, first they waiting a week to pack one little sensor and then takes another week to deliver 200km

Amazing service and quick delivery. Made an order and put the wrong address, once I contacted them it was fixed within the hour and the package was delivered 2 days later!!
Same item on another site was 100 euros more!!

Ordered a battery & some filters explained it would be delivered Monday, great I THOUGHT ! Wednesday now no update via tracking apparently in France? Even Mister auto don't know were my items are ? This company seriously needs to get its act together or cease trading, total nightmare. Told the company I'm going away on holiday next week.

Parts came two days late. Wrong parts came. Gas spring boot holder too big, car mats came for left hand drive car.

Parts ordered on 14/04, as of today 25/04 I still have not received the shipment.
Parts should be delivered on 21/04.

I purchased shocks for my car on the 21st of March and they were predicted to arrive on the 28th of March. I still have received them almost 4 weeks later and I can’t seem to contact the company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. AVOID.

I bought a glow plug for Fiat Fiorino, I waited two weeks, I received the wrong glow plugs, I do not recommend,waste time and money.!!!!!!

Ordered a CV Joint kit for my van with express delivery. Item arrived on time but the kit had clearly been opened previously and parts damaged. Packaging had been ripped open, grease all over inside of the box and a hole in the "new" CV boot. Asked the team for a partial refund to cover the cost of sourcing a replacement boot locally but I have to either send the whole kit back or accept a refund that won't even cover half the cost of a replacement boot. STRONGLY SUGGEST TO AVOID USING THIS SITE!!!!!!
