Decent food, but inconvenient delivery arrangements
I enjoyed the food. I tried all the meals on offer. Tapas, Pasta and Sunday Best were my favourites. All came out nicely using 14 mins + 1 min on 800W microwave.
The drawback was delivery. It would be much easier if you could specify (or be given) a delivery slot as you can with bigger organisations like supermarkets. I was notified late morning that it would arrive in 25 minutes time, which meant I had to wait at home all morning not knowing when it would arrive.

We appreciate your comments on the delivery slots. We chose DPD as our delivery partner for a couple of reasons: 1 being they can offer carbon neutral delivery, 2 being they notify customers on the day of their delivery of an estimated delivery time.
At present, we aren't aware of any other options that would be available to us similar to that of the supermarkets, but as we grow we hope to make improvements to make the whole process even easier for our customers.

Fantastic meals, I wasn’t expecting them to be this good & they really are. I’m coeliac and vegan, healthy options to have in the freezer when I want a night off from cooking were nonexistent before I discovered these!

Amazing food on the go
This food tastes amazing. I could rave about the fact that all of the packaging - including the delivery box contents - is recyclable and the delivery method is carbon neutral. I could applaud the no nonsense ordering and delivery system where you pick exactly what you want, when you want it delivered and hey presto, there it is. I could talk about how as a vegan on weight watchers, finding pre-prepared meals for when I'm in a hurry has been a struggle and the majority of these meals enable me to cheat on cooking but not on dieting. But - I don't need to - the food speaks for itself. I have not tasted such amazing flavours in my own home (and I like to think my partner and I are good cooks)! Vegan, or non-vegan, if you want to eat amazing food at home without any hassle then this food is for you!

Amazing food!
Amazing food - cruelty free, organic, nutritious and delicious - what more could you ask for! The website is really easy to use and contains all of the useful information you need to know about the company, the food, and making an order. The food was delivered straight to my door, and the packaging ensured it stayed frozen all day - a major bonus for full time workers like me. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone - you don't have to be vegan to enjoy these quick, healthy and tasty meals.
