I originally gave a 3 star rating but…

I originally gave a 3 star rating but am now changing it to 5 stars. The mask is unbelievably awesome in its design and amount of actual led lights that far surpasses the competition. It's not even comparable to so many cheap made in China masks that flood the market which only makes selecting a quality mask that much more confusing. I rated it at 3 stars because the battery/remote control had some issues with holding a charge and so I messaged Mito's customer service and was pleasantly surprised when they messaged me back the following day and immediately sent me another one that same day (free of charge of course) along with a tracking number. Being in touch with a real human being that's only concern was to make everything right instead of an ai assistant is most important after the sale and so Thankyou Mitoredlight I can't thank you enough for immediately making everything right and will strongly recommend your company to anyone who may be interested in beginning this wonderful skin therapy as I am seeing my facial skin becoming smoother and my facial pores much less visible after only 3 weeks of following your provided protocol!

Still waiting ...

Ordered on 5/6/2026, I have still not received all the parts. First boxes arrived 5/9. Today is 5/15. The boxes are sitting in my dining room, 60-day warranty ticking away.

Great experience with the MitoPro…

Great experience with the MitoPro mobile LED therapy light. Wanted to up grade to the 4.0 unit so I can have more mode options available each time I use the red light units. Eventually I would like to get a large multi panel unit also.

MitoADAPT 4.0 MID is well engineered product that functions as advertised. I provided user manual and specs to several AI tools and developed a guide for initial introduction and test use, and then progressed into treatments per my plans. Still assessing results. Customer service is good: staff is polite and courteous. They may be under-resourced, undertrained and/or lack robust IT support. So good, but could be better. Panel working fine now, appears high quality, and will evaluate how it holds up over time. Overall, recommend Mito Red Light.

I have only had the mask for a week

I have only had the mask for a week. It is well designed but I have a small face. It is a bit heavy and would probably be a bit more comfortable on a larger face. The operation of it is simple and straight forward. It is too early to see results. The shipping was fast.

Surprisingly noticeable effects!

Fast shipping and the quality of the panel is clear. I have personally noticed surprisingly noticeable effects on workout recovery and daytime energy when added to my routine. Highly recommend especially for people not getting enough natural sunlight, which is a vast majority of us these days.

I just made my second purchase

I just made my second purchase from Mito. They have a good return policy which I did use once before. I bought two panels and decided I only needed the smaller one. I had no issues with the return process. The light is very high quality. I just bought the one that wraps for my husband’s back.

We originally received two defective and they only have replaced one, after months of waiting for the second one.

After I posted the review (see below), the issue was fixed.

We originally received two defective products, both of which we returned to you. I can verify and provide documentation that both items were sent back as instructed. Despite this, we have only received one replacement unit, and your team has stated you will not send the second replacement or issue a refund.

This is unacceptable given that:

Two defective items were returned in good faith
Only one replacement has been received
Multiple attempts have already been made via email and phone to resolve this matter.

I would not recommend based on their customer service.

Eager but confused

I'm super excited to receive this red light! The ordering process was simple and straightforward, however I got two separate notifications from my bank app so it looks like there may be two separate charges for one order. I ordered one item, but the two separate charges appear to be for slightly different amounts. I did the basics, I clicked submit once, I didn't reload or refresh the page, the was no technical difficulty involved. I will need to wait for the charge(s) to go through fully on my bank account to be sure, I'm hoping it was just a processing error and that I wasn't charged twice. I received two confirmation emails but with one order number. I'm hoping it only processes one of the payments and not have to go through a return or bank dispute. It's hard to not be uneasy while waiting with an order of this cost.
